Clean room. Good service. A little outdated. Great breakfast buffet.

The free evening cocktails, and free breakfast. Bed, and pillows were uncomfortable. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Late night, early morning there was a loud high pitch sound, and believe it was the showers running in adjacent rooms. Between that, and bed, not a good nights sleep. Several young kids soccer teams staying at hotel so common area was noisy, and busy but can't hold hotel responsible for that.

I've been staying at the airport hotel for many years. The furniture in the rooms are old and dirty. I have to ut a towel down just to sit on the couch or chairs. I love the hotel, obviously, if I've stayed there for years. The beds and pillows are wonderful. However I have not stayed there my last 5 visits because the hotel is wearing out. Plus the staff seems to be changing all the time. It was great when I'd return and they new my name. This past year when I've made reservations directly with the hotel, my reservation was wrong. No excuse that for. I always call back to make sure it is what I've reserved. This review is for the MCI KC hotel. Other Embassey have been great.

After reading reviews on this KC hotel, I was very leary of what to expect. It turned out to be a very positive experience. The staff was outstanding in their efficiency and willingness to help. The free breakfast was wonderful - cooked to order. The rooms were large, clean, and welcoming. Happy Hour was wonderful with an outstanding bartender. When we asked for snacks later on in the evening at the bar, she found some for us. The rooms all open to a well kept atrium. Thank you for a very positive overall experience.

great value and location

The front desk staff was helpful, the majority of the staff was freindly. Good breakfast. Slightly dirty bathroom, behind door. Overflowing pool with standing water on the floors. Overall, the room met our needs well and most staff members were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was great. The swimming pool was over flowing and there was standing water on the walkways which was slick even when walking. It was a very nice place to stay and was fairly convenient with easy highway access to the rest of the Kansas City area.

We had a great stay at the Embassy Suites. The set up of the rooms was very comfortable for a family of four. The Precor fitness room was GREAT! They had brand new, top notch equipment. It appeared as though the hotel was at the tail end of redecorating. The new decor is nice. The location was close to a lot of fun things for our family to do. Two thumbs up!

At the Embassy Suites KCI in Kansas City MO. the staff went out of thier way to help us with directions. The breakfast was outstanding. We liked the room, large and very comfortable. Every thing was so clean. Shopping and restaurants were near by with easy access to the highway.

Convenience. Housekeeping came around to early. Myself and 3 other women stayed here over labor day weekend to go see the nickel back concert, our stay overall was pretty good except for a couple of things. One of the ladies slept in the pull out sofa bed and noticed when she went to pull the covers over herself that there was a pair of socks left in the bed from the previous stay of someone. Yuck - this tells us that the sheets on that bed had not been changed since the last person slept there. Also the sink in the main bedroom kept backing up and water would sit in the sink until the toilet was flushed. When we went to go tell the front desk when we were leaving as an FYI, we were told that nothing could be done and that the incidents should have been reported at the time when they occurred. All right stay but should have stuck to my first choice of the Sheraton suites on the plaza.

Embassy Suites, Kansas City International Airport: We only have one complaint and that was the sofa bed! It was terribly, terribly uncomfortable!!! Definitely needs a new mattress. Everything else was great! Good food and the staff were great. Very clean and nice lobby.

Easy access to interstate, restaurants, and entertainment. Very clean and spacious rooms. Overall the hotel is excellent. I will stay there again.

Large comfortable rooms, very clean We didn't like not being able to get two rooms adjoining, one king, one w/two double bds, we requested extra pillow/blkt never delivered. oh well! Super great experience! We will do it again.

Very convenient location, rooms are nice and spacious and clean, hotel had a great breakfast and pool. Very slow elevators and under renovations. This hotel was so convenient and helped make our stay in Kansas City very nice. The rooms are spacious with a fridge and sinks everywhere. We really enjoyed the full breakfast in the mornings and the pool during the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Very friendly atmosphere Great hotel. The breakfasts are fabulous. They come with the room charge and are cooked to order, not the usual 'continental breakfast' you get at a lot of places. It was of a quality seen more frequently at a Sunday Brunch, only it is every day.

gorgeous lobby, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast I wish the bedroom had had a vanity instead of a sink, as the Embassy Suites in Omaha. It's easy to see why all-suite hotels have become so popular, and Embassy really knows how to do it! Having a living room" makes all the difference in comfort--really increasing the feeling of a home away from home. Breakfast becomes a real treat to look forward to, with the cook-to-order chef making great omelets and specialty pancakes. We hope to stay with Embassy Suites again and again."
