The Atlanta Airport Embassy Suite met all our expectations. Having a bedroom and separate living area, plus breakfast and evening reception included, makes for a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The location made it easy to get to and from downtown Atlanta. The hotel shuttle took us to and from the Airport Marta station for our trips down town and to the Braves game. Even though there was a large family reunion in the hotel, things ran smoothly; the restaurant was good and the servers were very accomodating; the pools were well maintained; the rooms were clean and modern. The adults and children in our group all enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend this facility to family and/or business professionals.

The manager was awesome that weekend! Smoking rooms right below us - could smell it. We arrived late due to tornado's in TN on the way - the manager on duty that weekend was just awesome. He checked us in, then helped bus tables in dining room, next morning he was helping with breakfast - really great work ethic.

Lots of problems at my stay in April at this hotel. The thermostat in the room never worked the whole time I stayed there. The temperature never dropped below 74 degrees in my room despite setting it to the coldest setting. I had to sleep with the window open to cool the room so I didn't toss and turn all night long. The water temperature in the room had two settings, hot or scalding. I had to draw a bath the night before just to have the water cool when I woke up. The microwave didn't function when I tried to use it, probably because it was thirty years old. They brought up the same exact model. It took about twice as long to cook something in it as a normal microwave. To top it off, they got my bill wrong when I checked out. On a quick side note, I was working very odd hours during my stay at this hotel so when I called downstairs to have someone look at the water temperature, I was assured they would be right up to look at it. So I left the door cracked open as I was on the couch waiting for them. It took them two hours to finally come up. That was time I could've spent catching a nap, but thanks to them I waited even after calling to see if they had forgotten about me. I stayed over 150 nights at hotels last year, mostly all Hilton brand, some Embassy Suites. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at considering the price of the room for what I got.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites for a number of years as a child until now. They have always been great. This time staff was rude. The highlight was leaving. They messed up everything including the bill. They advertise a nightly reception in the atrium and it was in a stuffy bar, morning breakfast sub par. Parking over priced and slow. This was suppose to be a special extra for my wife and friends it ended up being a disappointment. We should have stayed in Days Inn

We have stayed 3 weekends this fall while attending football games with family. Could not ask for better service and accommodations. The only downer is the sofa needs to be updated, but even this does not put a damper on our stays. The staff is outstanding!!! We will be back at least 3 more weekends this fall..Lord willing! Thank you Airport Embassy Suites for delightful stays. Keep up the good work!

The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent. There was a strong fragrance smell in the room that I think was used to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. I wish I had stayed here during my entire stay in Atlanta because the facility is nice and clean with excellent complimentary amenities.

As soon as I stepped into the room I went to the fan to turn it on high because it was very hot in the room, I realized that the fan was already on high, and it barely blew anything out. I was tempted on my stay to go buy my own personal fan, but I had no space for the travel back home. Room service ran out of milk, and condiments. Breakfast was great even though there was a family reunion one night and a wedding the next, (make sure you get up as soon as breakfast is available or you will be waiting in line forever)

Loved the suite with separate work area. Too cold in lobby and dining area.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a total of 11 days. For the most part my 16 year old son enjoyed himself. Hanging out in the lobby with other visitors staying in the hotel. One night room service was order requesting a hamburger to be cooked well done. When the burger arrived it was burnt. After calling down to complain I was told that in Georgia well done to them mean burnt. The fries and chicken ordered was also cold. I was told it would be about 45 minutes to get some more food. I was never told it would be comped after my complaint. They just sent up some soup to replace the cold fries which was never ate. After being there a couple days I begin smelling a strong oder and pulled the sheets to find a large ring on the mattress from someone wetting the bed. After calling to complain the first lady came and looked and began laughing, and called someone else which they were having a really good time laughing at my expense. The finally pulled the mattress out of another room and changed mattress. There was an appology given but it was in a joking manner. On check out I complained about my stay and was offered two free nights stay to come back. At this point in time I would not be redeeming the voucher.

The bed was heaven and the staff was friendly and accommodating. None. Great experience as I enjoyed all accommodations the hotel provided. My night's sleep was more than pleasant as I slept longer than I normally do at home. Clean lobby and was provided a complimentary breakfast for my stay. Would recommend again.

Our family stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel was very nice. We did have a little problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom on arrival. After reporting the problem twice, we were taken care of well. The staff member was very apologetic. Breakfast was great. Location was good and the hotel was very quiet. We didn't hear planes at all. Would definitely stay again.

"Had a huge church group staying there that weekend. Too many LOUD children and too many at breakfast. They should have fed them as a group,so the other people wouldn't be bothered. All that mattered to the hotel was the church group. Felt very alienated. Too much money paid to feel like a Motel 6. Getting charged for parking is not good either. Too many incidentals, so breakfast really isn't free, of course we couldn't even get that with all the kids......."

Cleanliness. The parking fee. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had was the parking situation. I really did not mind paying to park my car but I have friends in the Atlanta area that came to visit me and they had to pay as well.

Convenient to destination. Old TV's, bath rooms need updating. Okay stay for budget sensitive travelers.

"I stayed at the Embassy Suites by the airport in Atlanta. They were in the middle of renovations and my room stank of construction glue because they were working on the room on either side of me. Additionally, the indoor pool was closed for an undisclosed reason and the check-in was so slow I missed happy hour and the complimentary cocktails."

"We did have to pay $6 for parking, alhtough the site listed free parking. The hotel was out of extra pillows and blankets. The room was great, as was the pool and breakfast was excellent!"

The suit is very good for a family of three adults. Charging $7:00 for parking per night, my bathroom toilet kept running all the time. I was charged $13.90 for nothing. When my bank statement arrived, I called the hotel, and they told me that I watched a movie, which I did not. It took five days for the hotel to credit my account, and another five to seven days to see the credit in my bank account.
