The hotel was small, but very nice. Everything in the room was brand new! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! It is in a wonderful location near 3 metro stops, plenty of food, and wonderful architecture! The hotel itself is very nice, comparable to a 3 star in the US, brand new fixtures, tile, carpet, everything! Nice mini-balcony overlooking the street. I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay again on a future trip to Paris!

A very good hotel in a perfect location. The room was quite small, but perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, good communication. Would stay there again.

Really clean room and bathroom, spacious. Super firm mattress. In an excellent location, very close to 3 major metro stops. Room was pretty spacious (my friends who know Paris say it was very spacious by Paris standards). Bathroom was sparkling clean; staff was OK with speaking some English. Safe neighborhood.

Very clean and quiet hotel. I recommend it.

The appearance and location were nice. Breakfast was pricey. The rooms were a nice sized (for a European hotel), clean, and attractive. The location was good - near 2 Metro stops and within walking distance to many things. Many nearby cafes and small grocery - type stores. The staff was nice and helpful.

Cleanliness, staff, location, price. No complaints. Very good location, walking distance from the main attractions in Paris. Very clean, newly renovated and in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and spoke English, which was a big plus. The manager was an outstanding professional, always ready to help.

The location was the great. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel staff was helpful. The room was small. The hotel was great. Not too much to complain about. The phone didn't work in the room. I loved the breakfast provided. Top notch. The front desk was very helpful and nice. The location was good. It was in the middle of 4 Metro Subway stops. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, friendly, and helpful. The internet was down nearly the whole time and the bed was a little hard. My wife andI enjoyed the hotel stay. it was great and we would stay there again if we went back to Paris.

Clean. Quiet. Staff spoke little English; not helpful; not accommodating. We were considered non-status guests. They also failed to make up for a shuttle to take us to the airport even though they assured me that they would. I asked for an extra blanket or cot to make a palate on the floor since we were given a bed for 1 and they refused.

The staff was no exceptionally friendly. They were okay. One staff person in particular was rude when we were trying to obtain our keys one evening.

It was relatively close to the metro. They charged for separate room for children. It was a bit of a shock to be told that the room I reserved was not meant to include my two kids. Secondly, the room they had me pay for my two kids aged 6 and 12 was not even clean when we got the room key. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned and my husband and I decided to sleep apart from each other so the kids could be supervised. Also, saw a roach the morning we left and the front desk told us after they advised us of the extra charge for two nights for the kids that the breakfast would be on the house. Come to find out the breakfast was included anyhow. Rooms looked newly renovated which is a plus.

Nice breakfast, nice open windows in room. Promised a shuttle at the airport and never showed. Nice, yet small room. Located away from tourist areas, a medium walk to public transportation. The website describing shuttles, etc. is incorrect which can cause a great distress at the beginning of a trip. It won't be my first choice next time.

Close to metro. Small, under construction, double means 2 people in Europe. Nice hotel, nice staff, but very small room, under construction.

Adequate 3 star in a decent location. A bit ragged around the edges. Typical small Parisian 3 star (not US 3 star quality) near Gare Lazare so reasonably convienent. Opera/Louvre areas are walkable. Similar hotels can be found in the 60-70 euro range, so wouldn't pay mort than that.

Location was near metro and friendly restaurants, patissiri. Rooms, including bathroom, are small, elevator is tiny. Hotel is located a short walk from Europa metro station. If your like most Americans, overweight, spoiled, spend the money and go for luxury. Otherwise, it is good for the family who can adjust to reduced sizes in cars, hotels rooms, and can speak a little French. Good restaurants, Boulange but very expensive for excellent food. A hot chocolate is 3.50 euros. Unfortunately, the restaurants aloow smoking so pick a restaurant that has no smokers. This hotel was very clean and had very courteous staff.
