It was my mom's b-day and we enjoy gambling and staying in Reno but have not be in years. The Eldorado is in a good location and is a nice hotel and with Orbitz it is now a great price!!!

The staff provided great service. Great hotel! The room was comfortable and quiet. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and accomodating.

We were there for a ski trip. While the buffet was good (seafood cioppino was great), the same can't be said about the rest of the hotel. We tried to go to sleep early but the kids next door (I guess the parents left them there to go gambling) would not stop talking and laughing until 1:00am. They didn't sound loud, but we could hear every word they said. Then at 3:00am, our other next door neighbors came back and started talking and laughing. How can a hotel have such thin walls? One more thing, we asked for a cot at 9:00pm. 10 o'clock came, no cot. We asked the front desk one more time, and they said the staff was on "lunch" and they will get us the cot once they finish. 12:00am, nothing. 2:00am nothing. We never got that cot. I looked at my credit card bill and saw a $3.00 charge from them. For what, I don't know. I'm going to get to the bottom of this. But next time I'm in Reno, I'm staying somewhere else.

The Eldorado is the best hotel in all of Reno. After staying at alost all of the majorr hotels in Reno, the Eldorado is the only place we will stay at. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. If you can afford to upgrade your room, do it.

My stay at the Eldorado Hotel was great. The room was clean and restful. The food was great, know matter where you ate, the buffet or the steak house grill. The number one reason I went to Reno was to gamble and the Eldorado has an awsome staff of friendly dealers. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

Was there first week of Oct. 2008. Second visit there everything was very clean, and well taken care of. Food prices were very good, and the quality was great. Second time there and will return again. Never hadf any reason to complain about in two trips.

We had a great time staying here. It was very windy outside so we were glad that we could also go to the other hotels without going outside. The food was great at every resturant we ate at. One big downside for me was that even though we were on a smoke free floor and the floor below was smoke free also the room's and hall still stunk of smoke.

This was the best vacation we have ever taken. Staff took care of little issues quickly. Room was great. Security was very good and very frindly, as well as the rest of the staff we had contact with. We were very pleased with our stay.

Excellent room. Didn't ask if I want a smoking room or not. It is the third time I have here and I will return. Front desk and valet are always the best and very friendly.

Stayed two nights at hotel and loved it! First time in Reno and I was expecting downtown Las Vegas. What a great surprise to find something much nicer. The hotel and casino are first rate. They are connected indoors to the Silver Legacy hotel and casino. Lots of wonderful restaurants to choose from between the two. The rooms are large and very comfortable and quiet. The carpeting and bedding is looking a little worn but still very nice. Looking forward to my next visit here.

The Hotel was first class. The room was clean, well appointed and roomy. The hotel is located downtown where all the action is. Since it was very cold, it was great that it was attached to two other hotels by walkways and we didn't have to walk outside unless we wanted to. Close to other hotels and River Walk also. Would defintely stay here again.

The Eldorado was great place for the low price, our only issue was the air conditioner that work when it wanted to, room was either very warm or like an ice box.

Easy to get to. Gave us the wrong room number. This was a nice hotel. Lots of options for places to eat inside the hotel without having to walk through the casino, which was nice for kids.

Was well worth the money. Our luggage didn't make the connecting flight and the staff was very helpful getting us necessities. The room was very clean. Wonderful view of the city from our floor. The hotel had a buffet for breakfast and dinner, good food and a huge selection. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice. Great view. Room was large and comfortable. Took me a while to check in. Excellent room with lots of space. Clean and comfortable.

Since this was an older hotel I expected it to be tired, it was not. Folks were very nice. There was coffee and tea provided in the rooms. The room was very clean, not a bedbug in sight! The dinner buffet at Chef's was the BEST I've ever had and the price was reasonable. We were disappointed in the breakfast buffet, it was rather ordinary. The casino was more fun than others I've been to. They had an "Adventure" game for game card holders where you could win small gifts every 2 hours, even if you hadn't played slots or anything else that day. Though there was no non-smoking room there were several out of the way places tucked "around the corner" where there was little smoking going on. It is very convenient to walking about the city and just a few blocks from the Riverwalk park and Auto Museum. The Valet parking had excellent service and was free, though we wished there was a number to call ahead of time rather than waiting for them to retreive the car.
