Location. There was nothing I disliked about this hotel. Easily accessible with proximity to all Santa Barbara attractions.

Excellent staff, good location on State St. Tiny, ineffective shower head, noisy aircon, old furniture and fittings.

Good quality for a very low price. Nonchalant staff & tiny room. The hotel was under construction, which I'm sure affected the overall efficiency of the hotel. The staff, however, was ultimately friendly although your service varied greatly depending on which individual assisted you. The room was much smaller and didn't have any of the old-time decor reviews and advertisements seemed to imply, however for the amount I paid on this room and the fact I only stayed one night, it was perfect.

Nice room; put us in back off busy front street. Unfriendly check-in. Pleasant enough,but going through lobby renovation which we were unaware of until check-in. Hotel check-in receptionist needs to work on her greeting style poor customer service.

Close to the downtown, price and view. None. This hotel is family friendly and very close to the downtown shops and restaurants.It is a quiet place. I also like that parking is safe and covered.

The hotel was affordable, convenient, and clean. The El Prado Inn is great. The room was inexpensive, clean, neat, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and parking was easy. You couldn't ask for anything more.
