The property is located in Midoun, Tunisia, on the island of Djerba. The resort is adjacent to the beach, 10 kilometres from a casino and 17 kilometres from the island's capital Houmt Souk.

The hotel includes the Selima conference room, which can accommodate up to 600 people, and four meeting rooms.
