i enjoyed my experience of this hotel greatly, the staff were pleasant and friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and suited my needs. The restaurants were great, and the views of the street were eyecatching. I would stay in this hotel again.

This hotel has a great location in the center of Burgaeba street and near many of the attractions nearby. It is being renovated right now . I stayed in the renovated floor. The facilites available are fairly basic and good for money paid. The rooms were warm with no effective air condtioning. The internet worked on in the lobby, non in the rooms. The breakfast buffet is the same everyday. Overall, It is a good budget hotel with excellent location.

great central location; smokey entrance area; efficient staff on front desk and especially at accounts. some rooms better than others - make sure you get a refurbished ones, on the lower floors and not the yet to be refurbished ones on the upper floors.

The only slight issue was the air con didn't work so the room was a little hot. But we didn't complain so they weren't given the option to fix it. I would recommend this hotel especially the location and the friendliness of the staff.

In the most central place, good choice for Tunis City and good place to stay... You can go to airport up to 4 dinars... So terrible smoke in the lobby almost every hour... Which rooms have good view to front side but in the nights it's so noisy...

The hotel have wirelss internet in the loby aonly. The hotel stands right in the heart of the city close to the business district, the old medina, the theatre and the souks and 15 minutes from Tunis Airport

Well situated and good service. The breakfast would be better with fruits and fresh juice !

Staff are friendly and helpful, made to feel very welcome on return visits, location is amazing, room service food was surprisingly good. Not fancy (even tired in places) - but location, cafes/bars and local interaction make up for any shortcomings. You feel like you're really in Tunisia not in some tourist trap.

Great location in the centre of town you can walk to the Medina and the train and metro stations. The staff were not particuly helpful, this is predominatly a business hotel and they were not much use in giving directions and advise but were always polite. I did not try the restaurant but the buffet breakfast was pretty average, avoid the orange juice!
