The Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful! They did the best they could with what they had however, there was not enough staff to accomodate more than one function at a time. The big complaint, I heard from many people, was when they were serving one banquet, the resturant was closed. If your weren't invited to the banquet, you had to go out to eat. Also, the hot tub was cold, and the pool heater had been turned off. I have mixed feelings !!!!!!

Older motel but well maintained. The bathroom floor did not appear clean. The motel was very nice and pleasant in appearance.

This place was OK and OK for the money. When I booked it I thought I had a great deal for the money. The resort boasts a jacuzzi and tennis courts. Well, the jacuzzi is cold. When I asked the front desk I was told it was always like that and that the pool and jacuzzi temperatures are moderated by the same thermostat. The pool was nice, but the cold jacuzzi was very disappointing. The tennis court is in desperate need of being resurfaced an was unplayable. The staff was also disappointing. With the exception of a very kind woman working security, most the the staff was careless and unprofessional. The service was typically what you might expect at a cheap roadside motel. The woman working security, however, went out of her way to get me coffee mugs that were not replaced in my room. Speaking of security, while the side entrances to the building were equipped with key card locks, they were never locked. That's always unsettling. On the good side, the room was well appointed and comfortable. The price was not too bad and is probably appropriately priced. But it is not the great value you might think you're getting.

The Hotel was very comfortable. The check-in clerk was not very informative as to what they offered at the hotel. When we got to the room there was not even an information booklet as to what was available to do or see, or where we could eat in the immediate area. I called the front desk clerk about where we could eat. She didn't seem to know what time the main dining area closed. Did direct us to the lounge to get food. When I asked was type of food was served she said we would have to go and see for ourselves.

The grounds were lovely, it was quiet, it was located far enough from busy town. They needed help in the deli, you had to pre order and then go back.

Comfortable. The pool and spa were cold. Resturant was closed at 8:30PM and again at 9:00AM.

Rooms were lot bigger than expected, comfortable homey feel. Can't think of anything. Perfection.

It was not that far from downtown, and it was inexpensive. It was old, the walls were thin, and the bed was uncomfortable. The Eisenhower Hotel and conference center is convenient to Gettysburg. The older portion of the hotel, where I stayed, is very dated. The bed was uncomfortable, and the walls were so thin that you could hear the plumbing in adjoining rooms every time they were in use. Despite that, the front desk staff (the only staff members I encountered) was friendly enough. I would assume that the portion of the hotel closer to the main road is in better condition, as it looks to be much newer. All in all, it wasn't bad for one night's stay.

Quiet, which helps me sleep. Thin carpet pad.

Hotel was adequate for what we wanted to do. We were looking for an inexpensive getaway and this was perfect. The hotel is located close enough to the battlefields and downtown Gettysburg (you do need a car) and was clean. I would stay at the Eisenhower again.

Quiet hotel. Front desk staff was less than helpful and friendly. We had no water for several hours due to a power failure. The front desk was less than helpful and was not very friendly.
