What are your breakfast options?: Included in our rates is a full cooked breakfast. We serve breakfast from 7:30am until 10:30am.
What transport is available to get around?: There are many modes of transport available in Queenstown. We are located right in the centre of Queenstown so many bars, restaurant and activity pickups are within walking distance of the hotel. If guests wish to go further afield to Arrowtown, Glenorchy and beyond, they can book a rental for their stay. There are additional bus, taxi and limousine services readily available for various requirements and at varying rates. These can all be organized by the Eichardt's Guest Services team as and when the guests require them.
What can I do nearby?: We are situated in Queenstown's CBD where restaurants, activities, attractions and scenic tours are all at your fingertips. We have a lot of information on different options for our guests and can book for you either in advance or when you arrive.

For entertainment within the hotel, we have a wide range of DVDs for a night in or our house bar, which is also open to the public if you wish to mingle with the locals or chat with our knowledgeable bar staff about local wines.
Do you have internet?: We have free Wi-Fi in all of our suites and a computer set up for guests who may need it. There is no cost for these.
