What transport is available to get around?

We are centrally located to all major attractions as well as the theater district and major subway lines. We can help arrange either a private car transportation or airport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.

The AirLink Shuttle departs every 20-30 minutes from airports to midtown, once per hour from midtown to airport. Transfer by shuttle makes stops at several hotels and takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The departure schedule runs regularly until 8:00am. Prices are $22 per person each way to/from LGA, and $27 per person to/from JFK/Newark.

On arrival, please proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk at the arriving terminal and present the voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions. Or you may use the courtesy phone by dialing #18. On departure, reservations are required one day in advance to arrange pickup from your hotel in Manhattan.

Private transfers are available by car, limousine, or van. For private transfers from airports, the driver will meet you at baggage claim and take you directly to your hotel. Private transportation takes less time than the shared shuttle service (approximately 40 minutes - 1 hour depending on the airport) and is a direct route to and from your destination. Do you have internet?

A Wi-Fi compatible or "wireless internet access system" is installed throughout the hotel. A guest from any guest room, dining area, conference room or lobby can access the internet at speeds 30 times faster than dial-up. Guests may connect to this network with their own wireless card (802.11b, Wi-Fi) or by borrowing a “Wireless Ethernet Bridge” from the front desk. Once connected to the network, guests can directly purchase an account on-line with a credit card. Access is quick and easy. The cost is $3.96 per half hour or $9.96 per day.

We do have a business center located on the second floor where internet access is available. It is equipped with 6 computer stations and one printer. In either case a credit card is required to avail of this facility.

Do you provide parking?

We have valet parking. Front desk will put the charge directly on your hotel bill. Sedan is $35, mini-van is $49 and oversize is $69 per day. There is a 1-hour grace period for parking on your day of check-out. If you need to stay longer than this, a full day garage charge will apply. There is no need to make reservations ahead of time.
