Was fairly far removed from clubs, bars, and restaurants that were not located in other hotels. The cleaning staff did not take out our garbage. Overall, the hotel was very nice, had a great view, and loved the beach and pool area.

It is 20 steps from the beach. Not very close to a fast food restaurant that is open after 11pm. Very nice. A lot of swimming pools that are open every hour and is literally connected to the Atlantic Ocean. Rooms are very modern and the shower is gigantic.

the hotel spent a lot of money to refurbish. the lobby is really nice and so are the rooms. decorated very modern. i loved the fact that the bed is in the middle of the room looking out to the ocean. the hotel made one big mistake and that is with the gym. it is very small. there are no windows. there was no music. you must bring your own headphones. finally there were no free weights under 15 pounds. i hope the gym was temporary and perhaps they are going to move it because it would have been really nice to run on the treadmill and have a window to look out and see the ocean. what a shame.

it was a great 7 days stay; full frontal ocean view room, splendid weather and a lot of great dining experiences; we couldn't ask for more. we loved the swiming pools and the jacuzzi but the beach and the ocean can not be beaten by anything. honest and helpful people -all hotel staff, taxi or bus drivers, etc. - made our stay perfect. as a suggestion for improvment: upgrade room with a small fridge;

The Eden Roc Hotel was very well kept and the service was great.?? The room was excellent and the Staff was friendly and polite.? After 11 am, it can be difficult to find? lounge by the pool area.?? A few more lounges would be helpful to guest because there is room for them.

This hotel was fabulous. We had a fabulous time and got a corner room which over looked the beach. The service was great, i thought our room could have been cleaned a little better. THe balcony, the dining room was great. I would recommend that if you are a younger person than make sure you go out and down to south beach. There is a lot of life there and the food is cheaper. We didn't know about that til our last day, but i had the best vacation every. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in Feb for three nights and it was a great, beautiful hotel....We stayed in brand new rooms in the new tower and the rooms were spectacular. The hotel is just beautiful........from the rooms, to the chaises on the balcony...The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the linens make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. We brought my daughter and a friend and their room was 5 rooms away and I never was worried about sercurity...The hotel is amazing from the 3 pools and hot tub to the sitting areas outside. The beach is gorgeous and you can rent chaises, cabanas and umbrellas...which I thought was a great price......They have to charge or people would just reserve them and not use them as they do by pools. For sun at the pools your best bet is the pool above the restaurant...the other pools loose sun around noon. So get out early and reserve a place. There are plenty of towels available. The staff is friendly and accomodating. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our rooms to be ready but it was well worth the wait.. The staff was very apologetic and offered us drinks and food but then we were escorted to our rooms. The hotel food is terrific and staff on the beach to get drinks or food very accomodating as well. We took cabs to South Beach two nights to eat and walk around and the staff is great about hailing cabs for you,....it'll run around 15 -20 dollars. I would stay here again in a minute!!!!! Loved it and I can't wait to go back!!!!! CHECK IT OUT!!!!

We checked in for a 6 nights stay and asked for any complimentary upgrade. The greeter said they already went ahead and gave us one (perks...room in the newly renovated building...high floor 19 out of 21...and at the end of the hallway for better ocean/street view). The bell boy, [...], was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper satisfied all our requests. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.Cons: Parking is $30 valet - we parked next door. During the day you can use the meter ($1 per hour) between 8am-6pm or pay $10 from time of entry until 8am the next day. However, the $10 does not allow for exit/reentry. Anytime after 6pm is $10. Location is a bit far from SOBE, much more calm and relaxed here.

Location wasoutstanding. Hotel waspretty. Service. Lots of issues with valet parking, obtaining things like blow dryer, getting an umbrella at pool, cleanliness of pool area, etc. Outstanding location (right on beach). Nicely refurbished. Lots of issues like being able to get an umbrella at pool, pool deck upstairs needs a good pressure washing, had issues getting a blow dryer (took a long time and person on phone was rude), our friends bath would not work (faucet broke off in their hand), our one lamp wouldn't work. Valet parking took over 45 minutes to get the car, etc. Would still recommend priceline but not that specific hotel.

Room was plush. Beach is wonderful. Breakfast buffet is best I've ever had. Pools are nice. No ice machines on floor - takes 30+ minutes to get ice from room service. Takes a while to get your car from valet. No refrigerator in room - has a stupid 'cooler'. Go figure. keep in mind = everything in Miami is expensive. Cab fares to South Beach from here run $15.

We started our first day with a massage shortly after arrival. the Spa staff is friendly and the spa environment was relaxing and inviting. we were served brewed tea after our treatment and welcome to sit on the comfortable chairs and take our time leaving. Next we had a beautiful breakfast at the restaurant Gia. The sunny,open room overlooks the pools and there is outside seating as well. The Manager of Gia, [...], is so personable and kind. He answered my questions about a particular exotic fruit I didn't recognize and was willing to accomadate any needs we had. We ended up dining here alot despite the higher prices than a typical breakfast. the homemade granola and the Mango french toast could not be better. The walkway that lines the entire beach was beautiful and allowed me to walk every day. The pool seating is comfortable and there is plenty of it. Towels are given and cold water with citrus fruit slices. The beach was amazing!! $10 a day for a lounge chair and $15. for umbrellas but it is worth it. The room are exceptiona! Simple in design with a big high very fluffy bed and the ocean view is seen for miles from any part of the room. Love the jacuzzi tub and big open bathroom with shower in the stone ceiling. Lobby is gorgeous although the drinks in the bar cost more than I pay in New York City finer establishments. You are welcome to sit in the lounge surrounding the circular bar and enjoy a nice ice coffee from the Starbuck's in the lobby. The deck of the room has a wide, two person stuffed lounge chair with pillows and at night the patio and pools are lit up below. The doors are open for you by eager, helpful staff when you enter or exit. We tried local restaurants in the area and were happy that we could reach them on foot. It was a wonderful week and we can't wait to return! Even the lobby smelled good with some kind of aromatherapy in the air! :-) ENJOY!!

Amenities. Location: This hotel is not within walking distance of any activities other than the beach. Pros: Beautiful hotel, fabulous pool area, great fitness center, and right on the beach. Cons: Expensive parking ($30 per day), not close to anything but other hotels, both rooms needed repairs during stay (shower fixture was broken in one and AC parts hanging out of ceiling in the other).

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights over Christmas break - not at all like pictures. Hotel is not done. Pool area does not have enough lounge chairs in sun - if you want one, be prepared to get out to pool deck by 8 am and reserve it all day. New tower that was not done yet blocks about 80% of the sun during most of the day, especially by lower pool. Spent time in lobby one evening and were completely ignored by the staff. Actually saw 2 waitress sitting down because it was slow. Room clean and comfortable however.
