Hotel is undergoing major renovation, and compared to all of the OLD facilities in Cannes, that is in and by itself a fresh perspective; they need to change their dirty sheets and bed covers; we were promised free wi-fi, but were told that this is an additional charge; again, the hotel staff were incredibly nice and worked their hardest to correct deficiencies, but I would not stay there again, or anywhere else in Cannes; try San Rafael, Nice, or Monaco, believe me, it's well worth the price!

Great week at Hotel Eden. We´ve enjoyed a lot our trip to Cannes and the Hotel was very confortable. You can go everywhere on foot, and the parking is ok too. We´ll always remember this trip

Good Hotel, quite and clean. the private parking costs 17 euro per day as the breakfast. Good location directly in the centre of Cannes ( Rue d'Antibes). Excellent stay, quite expensive, but you can enjoy the sauna and the interior swimming pool. I suggest the Eden Hotel.

how can this be classed as 4 star?! what an appalling excuse for a 'boutique hotel'. the week before we were in amsterdam at a hotel in the same 'avantgarde' range of hotels as the Eden Hotel Cannes - no comparison in any way, shape or form. the staff at hotel eden were rude and unfriendly, the room was ready 2 hours late and no apology was made, the bar didn't open until 5pm (however, we never saw anyone in it or the restaurant), the rooms were basic to say the least and not particularly clean. what a good job the weather was great!! After our wonderful experience at the hotel in amsterdam we were really looking forward to another top class hotel with great service and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help - how disappointed we were!!

DON'T DO IT!! - UNLESS:- (1)You haven't got any luggage , or like dragging cases 100m from the public car park (2)You haven't got a car (their car park is "always full") (3)You haven't anything of value (a €95 bottle of perfume was taken whilst the room was being cleaned) (4) You have no sense of smell. The air conditioning system smelled like a sewer (legionella?) (5)You have a good sense of humour - "4 star"? and Check out the pool and jacuzzi on the roof ! (6)You already have an inferiority complex (the reception staff work very hard on this aspect - years of dealing with complaints I guess) (7)You don't mind throwing your money away! GOOD LUCK

Very nice hotel, nice entry, very good staff, that can answer questions. Great shopping right out the front door, places to eat, and the beach 5 minutes from the front door.

The Eden was right on the main street in Cannes, easy to get to once worked out it was one way and parking was in an easy to get to public multi storey. The roof pool area is small with room for 6 or so and a small jaccuzi and plunge pool. Fine if you get a spot. Cannes beach look sandy but ridiculous prices for a sunbed. Food was excellent in the town itself and quite cheap, bars were expensive for drinks and not worth it compared to the cost. The room was trendy, worth the money and had good service. The gym was a running machine and rowing machine from what i could see.

Good hotel if you get it discounted. WOuldn't pay the 200 euro for it, but then again, you never know with the ability in Cannes. It is a good tourist calss hotel with nice facilities, and it is very well located as well. I would stay there again for the price around 100-120 euro.

When arrival the reception say you don’t have room reservation in our hotel And after waiting for about 1 hr and contact managers, the hotel give us a very small room with the same room rate of our reservation on the web. I am sorry but it was a Very bad experience…

Cannes is a nice place to stay, but not for too long. Hotel Eden is an above average place to stay with the ladies on the afternoon/night shift at reception very welcoming and friendly. We were on our wedding anniversary and we would recommend the Eden Hotel Cannes to anyone wanting to stay in and explore Cannes. From Nice Airport try o get there by train, as the train station is a lot (lot!) closer than where the bus drops you off, plus the train ride is more scenic.

I'd assumed that I'd booked bed and breakfast at the hotel. On arriving I was informed the times for breakfast the next morning and no mention was made that there was an extra charge. I had a coffee and a croissant and was charged 14 EURO. That is a ridiculous charge. Also, the staff were nto friendly or helpful. There is a public carpark close to the hotel that costs 15 euro overnight.

I have had only 2 problems booking with you: 1) The operator of you call center told me that the price included the breakfast but this was not true. At the ceck out I have discovered to pay 28 euro for that. 2) I have asked a Superior Room, but arrived in the Hotel the room was Superior, but with 2 separate beds and not one big bed. They didn't change the room. It is important before to book to know the room we are booking and what there's inside. In the photographs on the web there's a room with a big bathroom, but our room had a little bathroom. In my case this stay it has been a present for my boyfriend, so it should be nice that all I have believe booked correspondes to the reality....

Hotel room was a good size and was modern and well-appointed. Having a toilet seperate from the bathroom was also a bonus. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the bus and train stations.

We enjoyed our stay at the Eden Hotel Cannes. Its central position was extremely convenient. The hotel was modern and clean and the rooms spacious. The only thing that spoilt the stay was some very loud drilling we awoke to early in the morning, however the staff we very helpful in trying to stop this. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We were overall very pleased with the Eden Hotel. Before our arrival, the staff emailed us to confirm our stay and also offered us a baby cot for our infant. Upon our arrival, the baby cot was set up and our room was so beautiful and immaculate (just as pictured on the Venere web site). We were elated that the hotel, the room, and the service was everything we expected - excellent. However, the night before our departure, we called the attendent to request a wake up call for our early morning flight. We were never called, and needless to say we were in a mad rush to catch our flignt. Luckily, the taxi waited for us and we were able to make our flight. The downside, is that we feel the taxi overcharged us the cab fare (compensating for the time he waited). So advice to all travellers, don't forget your travel alarm! PS. The Venere price offered was the BEST value of all the other hotel sites! We will continue to do business with Venere in the future.

Bella struttura, molto comoda e centrale. Nota negativa la colazione da pagare come extra e costosa. Al ricevimento c'era un signore di origine sorrentina, molto competente, disponibile e simpatico. Struttura consigliata (prezzo pagato ad agosto 2005, 140€ per camera per notte).
