This hotel was run down and just not very welcoming

The room are nice and clean but the hotel look dirty at the outside. Cigarette butt on the carpet outside the rooms and dusty. The rooms look like their are from other hotel, pretty quiet, clean towels, no odds smells!! So good for the price!

Motel seems to going thru a remodel but not accomplishing very much. TV system had very few channels, no food service, no internet access but to their credit the room was larger than expected, had a refrigerator and microwave.

The room wasn't in a good condition: broken door in the bathroom, everything looks old. another problem was that the hotel didn't have a crib, so I had to sleep in the same bed with the baby, hoping he wouldn't fall...

The Economy Inn in Montpelier was not appealing at all. There were bugs on the bed and under the bedspread, we were in our nightclothes or we would have left immediately.We would definitely not recommend it until it finishes it's rennovations. We were going to stay for 2 nights, but left in the morning.

The room was filthy, beard stubble and random crust in the sink, strange hairs all over the bedding, and cold beyond belief. The tub (complete with strangers' pubic hair) backed up in the morning during the shower and left an ankle high backwash to reckon with. When we went to check out, the clerk was asleep on the couch in the office, dirty boots up and leaking all over the cushions. Montpelier, great town, horrible Economy Inn.

The motel offers a clean bed and bathroom. The room was not cleaned the first night. The carpet was damp and left black stains on the bottom of my feet.

The hotel was fine. If you are looking for only a place to stay overnight, then it is a very good option. It does not have breakfast, but it is a way cheaper than any other hotels around the area.
