The Beds were worn down. The upstair neighbors came in at about 11:00 p.m. and were very noisy. There was a cigarette burn on the quilt on the bed,in a no smoking room. The chair in the room was very comfortable.

Price and location. The beds are very old, andneed replacing. For the money it was fine. The linens appeared clean as was the bathroom. The beds had to be at least 20 +years old, definitely need to be retired. Did not have the continental breakfast or use the pool so I can't comment.

i was on vacation with family. my vacation was ruined. the rooms smelled so bad.i will not reccommend to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel for the price. Had a couple of minor problems, staff corrected them promptly. Had a couple of small problems that the staff corrected ASAP. Not a fancy hotel but nice, comfortable and affordable rooms. Would stay there again. Maintenance, housekeeping and the desk staff was very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was nice. Bathroom was very tiny and had a very odd flush. Hotel was what I expected for the star-level and price. It was fine for just sleeping for one night. A free breakfast was appreciated in the very expensive Dells.

Excellent location, right off the exit...it was late night when we checked in so comfortable bed were so relaxing. Fresh Coffee & Waffles made my day.

The walls were thin and sound was everywhere. That was the only bad thing about this place. I will stay again next year for my vacation.

The staff was very friendly throughout our whole stay, even though it was one of their busiest weekend but they accomadated all our needs. They even let us use the pool after hours:) Beds were nice & clean! Breakfast had a good variety. Location of the hotel is very convenient right of the exit. But i have suggestion if they extended their pool hours that would be great.

I found it to be centrally located in the Dells and convenient. TV was to small in Jacuzzi suite. I was pleasantly satisfied with this hotel. It was the more affordable of Jacuzzi suites and the location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early.

Convenient to the overall tourist attractions, but in a little more private area. Bathroom had a funny smell, the desk clerk came and cleaned. We had a good stay at the Econo lodge. Other than the road construction on the frontage road, things were clean and comfortable, quiet (big plus for me.) nice morning coffee and breakfast things.

"We walked into the first room they wanted to put us in and immediately noticed the odor of cleaning fluid and URINE. Opened Bath door and the smell was overpowering. FD said they had just cleaned the carpet(?) and offered to send in the cleaning crew to the bath. Said NO! Next room was a non-smoking, hallway stank of smoke and smell came thru gaps in the door. Pool seemed dirty and they will not let you turn on the SPA. Otherwise, service was okay. "

The location this time. We were going to Crystal Grand Theater. The road was torn up and the pillows were flat. It was everything I was expecting. I stay there in the past for concerts at the Crystal Grand Theater (next door). The price is fair. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the pool was nice.

"After a long hot drive with 3 kids, we walked into the room and it smelled like urine. We tried to turn the a/c on but it seems to blow out warm air. Went to manager asked for a different room he said no and offered us a fan and sent his wife up with a bottle of odor spray. This di dnot help will never stay here again."

Great stay for the price. The morning desk attendant was not very friendly, impression was she didn't want to be there. Very pleased with my stay. The price was right, pool area was nice, complimentary newspaper was a nice bonus I didn't know about. The continental breakfast was well done, especially the juice which in most places always seems to be watered down. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything in the room worked. We had to remake both beds because the blankets were tucked in too low to cover the upper body. Much nicer than we expected from an economy hotel.

Very close to all attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Toilet was loose from wall. Doughnut on floor when we checked in. It was OK. Neither the best nor the worst. The staff made it worth the stay!
