It was a quaint hotel and suited our needs. There was a funny smell at night The hotel suited our needs and the people were very friendly. The room was very clean but had a bad smell at night when we returned from visiting the Grand Canyon.

Operator was extremely helpful with some extraordinary requests. Would definitely stay there if I was ever in the area again.

Motel was clean and quiet. large room, good location. Front desk friendly. would stay there again. Beds comfortable. Met my standards, except the continental breakfast. There were no whole grain breads or cereals.

I always used to stay at the econo lodge at williams in order to visit the canyon. But this time I really had a bad experience. The rooom was ok, but the AC was really bad (maybe it was manufactured in the 16th century).....would never stay here again.

Tip and clean. Breakfest ends 9:00am Very good for the price.Clean. Exccelent location if you are going to Grand Canyon from California. Reccoment if you don't wanna expend too much money in hotels.

Excellent value for money and right opposite is a nightly wild west gunfight.

The room condition was ok. Bed was comfortable and plasma tv was a plus. But the bathroom was not very inviting, but clean. Overall ok for the money.

Clean, comfortable, good continental breakfast. Great location also! Took awhile to get hot water in the AM. Hotel was easy to find and in a nice location. Close to grand canyon. Beds were comfy and continental breakfast was great! Highly recommended for a family with kids!

Older hotel but clean .Great location.

Walking distance to restaurants/entertainment. The history of the area was fantastic and the street shows were very nice. Lots of shopping for jewelry leather goods. So many good restaurants to choose from.
Date of Stay:

Older motel trying to keep up. Motel 6 was cheaper and a new building with A HEATED POOL.

Family run motel, very friendly and helpful. Much older motel, building slightly worn down. Perfect for a family on a budget. Motel was clean but definitely an older building. Heater was an old wall unit but it worked well. Bathroom recently remodeled in 12" tile with a large, comfortable shower but no tub. No ventilation fan in the bathroom either. No fridge or coffee maker but they served a hot breakfast including waffles and sausage patties. Very nice family runs it and stays on site. If you are looking for a newer motel then its worth it to go to flagstaff. If you want convenience of being closer to Grand Canyo, then this is a good motel for you.

The hotel is located in a convenient location to Grand Canyon. The beds were uncomfortable and the restrooms were poorly maintained.

Breakfast more that I expected and very cosy room considering the that outside was 32 degrees. Hot water and very nice shower. Confortable queen bed.

"hotel was old and outdated, no conviences, i would be more careful about what i picked next time, i felt like i was back in the 60's i had no idea there were still hotels like this around. very unhappy with this experience."

Decent accommodation despite aging facility. Quite old facility, no coffee maker nor microwave, limited TV channels. Room is clean enough, decent for sleeping with family, breakfast is generous but breakfast room is tiny. Close to many good restaurants around.

The steak house across the street was great!

The front desk is not friendly. The room is filthy and small. And have nothing even a hanger. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. It is the worst experience I ever had. It will make you sick. The front desk lady is rude and unfriendly.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Close to attraction. Out dated. It was ok. The rooms were dated and somewhat cheap. It would've been nice if they plowed the parking lot in the morning. There was a small plow parked in the lot, but they didn't use it. Some peoples' cars were snowed in. It was close to Grand Canyon Railroad. I would look for something else if I had to do it again.
