Breakfast wasn't much, pool was nice and warm. Transformer went out, no air conditioning or TV from 7:30 am until we checked out, some rooms no electricity - no compensation was given. Pitchers used for juice were found later soaking in a bathroom sink.

The only reason I didn't give the top over all rating was that the beds are hard, which is apparently good for someone who has a bad bac (my wife). The hotel smelled of chlorine as well. This is because the pool is actually open to the hotel instead of couped up in a corner somewhere. It's actually a fairly large kidney shaped indor pool. My son loved it. All of the hotel staff that we encountered were very kind and courtious. At two in the morning my son woke up thirsty. The only thing in the machines was soda (all of which was caffinated) the kind woman at the front desk got me two glasses of apple juice incase he woke up again. Most hotels I've stayed out would have told me I was just out of luck because the juice machines were turned off after breakfast. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone with a family. You can get poolside room or not. Even the ones not right on the pool aren't that far away.

The hotel is old and not the nicest but it was the least expensive room we have ever had. We travel on weekends a lot and the hotel was fine the very low price. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They came to our room right away when I had a question about the heat and solved our problem. During the night our child was ill and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and genuinely concerned for our child. They asked if we needed a later check out and were very understanding of our problems.

Booked online, it appeared to be an okay place for one night at a decent price, however we showed up and walked into the lobby and decided there was no way we'd stay there. I called and cancelled from their parking lot as the place just didnt appear to be safe or clean and I didnt really even see a room! Ended up paying twice as much to stay at a nice place down the road but it was worth it, though econo lodge charged me for the room anyway, must be how they make their money, im sure they get plenty of reservations, but then no one wants to stay once they get there!

Uninviting outside and entrance. A filthy sofa in the tiny lobby. Lights were never turned on in the pool/game area and some hallways. We would not let our grandkids visit these areas. Mattresses were thin. The grandchildren complained of backaches. Towels were thin, dingy, scratchy and spotty. Trash on the carpet. My grandson fell through the broken rollaway bed. Food was placed on 2 counters right outside of the toliets. The small rolls were cut in half. Flies were around the food. The front desk staff was rude. A bar at was never open.

This hotel is in serious need of updates/improvement. This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a cheap place and don't mind rude and inappropriate staff at the front desk.
