I found the room to be fine. It was clean and everything was functional. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I'll more than likely stay there again in August.

Location relative to our end destination. There was lot's of hair on the bed sheets and the remote didn't work. The room they moved us to was quite a bit more run down than the original.

This hotel is straight GHETTO. It is located in the hood and right beside some projects. The carpet was dirty, the sheets were torn, and there was a roach in the shower when we first got there.

Nothing. I didn't like the room. The hotel should be condemned, the bedding was dirty, the chairs were soiled, I couldn't tell you what color they were supposed to be. There were spider webs hanging from the light fixtures and around the room. The tub and floor of the bathroom was dirty, the room phone didn't work, the curtains on the windows were torn in places and had moth holes in others places. The best thing about the room was the cable TV. I slept that first night, and found a new hotel the second night. The room was a nightmare!

Location was convenient for highway access. Not very clean.

Nothing. Everything. Clean it, repair wallpaper falling off, replace light bulbs, repair the phones, etc.

We liked that they had a computer for us to use. Dirty and not maintained. Visible hole in the wall with toilet paper sticking out of it. Something that looked like human feces on the bed spread. Very dirty, with parking close to room, but all taken up. Loud but good for someone like a truck driver.

The only thing I liked was leaving. Rude staff, dirty room, broken bathroom door, uncomfortable bed, gap under front door. We stayed at this hotel due to a lack of options. We were attending an event in Memphis, just across the river, and all other locations were booked. I wasn't expecting the four seasons, but this was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The service at check in was poor and very slow. Once we got to the room, it had a funny smell, and it was a smoking room when I specifically requested non-smoking. The front door had a huge gap under it, presumably to let the bugs roam free. And the bed was bouncy and weird. The bathroom door was hanging by one hinge, and you had to lift it up at the edge in order to even close it. We wore our shoes the whole time to keep our feet clean. The best part of our trip was leaving.

It was close to the interstate. A dump - mold on the walls - sheet rock falling off the walls. It was not a good experience it was not clean and I am not a picky person, but the bathroom was dirty and the sheet rock was falling off the walls and mold was growing in its place. Not a clean place.

It was centrally located to the attractions we were visiting. No remote control to TV. Staff were friendly and efficient, the room was old but clean. it seems that a lot of bikers and construction men stay but were friendly and quiet after 11 pm. also pet friendly.
