I liked the location, ease of check in/out and privacy. The rooms had a musty smell, television had poor receptionandinternet service did not work.

It was what we expected. No complaints. This is a tidy and friendly serviced hotel in the country and near interesting historical attractions. I would recommend it to anyone.

Price was good and room was comfortable. Room was cold as heat wasn't on. Not a bad spot, but my expectations were low. I wanted a cheap bed and that is what I got. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room had basic amenities including free high-speed internet, though I didn't have a computer with me to verify. The only problem was that I checked in a 6:00 pm and the heat was off in the room (in February with 12 inches of snow on the ground.) It took most of the night to get the room warmed up. There were only three rooms occupied that I could tell, so economies might have been needed by management, but it would have been nice if they had turned on the heater prior to my arrival.

Pet friendly. Plastic mattress covers; windows don't open; no offer of AA/AARP reduction I needed a pet-friendly place to stay while I was in town for the university's homecoming/alumni activities. This establishment is located within a few miles of the university and downtown. My room was neat and clean, not fancy, but I didn't need or want fancy. The bed was comfortable, but the plastic mattress cover made me too warm at times. This is not a new facility, by any means, but it is comfortable, plenty of hot water, cable TV - everything I needed. I will stay again next year at homecoming.

It was close to where I needed to be, that's the only positive. Outdated, dirty, smelly water, bugs. I can't believe what they're charging for this hotel! I would not recommend it to anyone. The room was not clean, there were bugs in the bathroom and it had not been updated in decades.
