Worn furnishings; light bulbs missing or non-working lamp; no fresh towels; seriously overpriced. Basic, no-frills (not even a clock), room I used needs refurbishing.

This is not worth whatever you pay for it. The entire hotel is shabby and in desperate need of renovation. The housekeeping is non-existent. Instead of hair dryers you get a microwave. Why the desk clerks feel compelled to use the lobby as their childrens' daycare area - even eating what is supposed to be the guests' breakfasts - is beyond me. The location was convenient, however, I'll admit.

Location. Dirty, Hole in Wall in Shower. Would not recommend this place to anyone. While the staff was friendly, the room was filthy and way overdue for renovation.

"Delayed check-in, unclean toilet, poor accomodations, maintenance entered room and moved our personal items when we weren't in room even though we had a ""Do Not Disturb"" sign up. Pool closed. No key for safe. Verrry limited breakfast and coffee always out. 1 helpful desk clerk out of 4 we dealt with. Only thing that worked right was TV and the automated wake-up call. "

Location, It was walking distance to Lincoln Road. Everything except location. The room was run down and dirty. I would not stay at this hotel. The employees were not helpful or friendly.

We got 1st floor accomodations which we needed and staff was kind and helpful. The room was not too clean. Especially the bathroom. It seemed that it had not been cleaned. It is a decent place to stay with conveniences such as a restaurant and continental breakfast. Finding it however, was difficult. The instructions in the AAA guidebook were not easy to understand. We got lost and had to make 2 phone calls to the hotel in order to find it. Even with map in hand, it was difficult to find for out-of-towners such as us.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the air conditioner worked well. The toilet was clogged. There was no hot water. It took them 30 minutes to find a room for us. My wife and I were very displeased with the facility. While the room was neat and relatively clean, the toilet was clogged and drained very slowly. During the eve and morning of our stay, there was no hot water. This was true for a whole block of rooms and we should have been informed upon check in.

Localtion is great and the hotel is clean. Not bad for a one star hotel. Wish I could pay less in this area, for a one star hotel or get a higher star quality for the price I paid. This is a decent Econo Lodge. And the location is excellent, near University and shopping needs.

Location, location, location; price, price, price. Front desk staff took 10+ minutes to locate my reservation after first telling me there was no record of it. Good value for the price

The staff was excellent and the rooms were nice for an Econo Lodge. I could have stayed for less money by just walking in the front door or the Econo Lodge.
