The motel is inexpensive and close to where we were going. The room was clean but not well kept. When we walked in the room it smelled musty like it had not been used for a while.

Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub need major paint job. It made the motel look run down. Friendly staff, they were willing to do breakfast earlier then listed time. Pool in need of paint job, also have to cross parking lot to get to it.

I know there is ""econo"" in Econo Lodge, but this one is a bit old. It has a good location for activities at the Capitol, and the price is nice. It's a place to flop into bed, but if you want more keep looking.

I liked the large size of room, new TV, and breakfast and location. This hotel is easy to find and pet friendly. The staff is very helpful with directions. The breakfast is a good contention one including make your own waffle machine. The hotel is not the new, but does provider a larger room and a shower/bath combo. The rooms have the convenience of a coffee maker, refrigeration, and microwave oven and plasma screen TV.

The staff was efficient and very freindly. They helped with maps, restaurants, routes, activities. All very helpful since I was new to Topeka. I needed a place to sleep, to work on my computer, and to drive to various locations both within and near the city. All this worked out fine. The location was perfect, easy access to the major roads. Restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfast was simple, but what one can expect from the price.

Simple, knew exactly what to expect, clean. A little small. I found this experience to be exactly what I needed for my purposes for this trip. The room was clean, the AC worked great, they had free WiFi which was not only convenient but worked well. The bed was comfortable, and I had plenty of room for what I needed to do. Excellent choice for an economy hotel.

Nice staff. Neiborhood. Great place to stay while on a budget vacation or a business trip.

It was a spacious room and the pool/spa was added bonus. The ice machine was quite a distance from our room.

They upgraded us to a ground floor room. Ice too far away. Rooms are small but we had a fridge and microwave which was nice, nice complimentry contintial breakfast, friendly, and pet friendly.

Coffee maker in room. Much different than the photos. The check in process was delayed by a lengthy computer failure and when I finally got to my room it was not what I expected from seeing the pictures online. It was decent for a one night stay but if I had been in town longer I would have gone elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The suites were excellent. The pool was really cold - and the parking lot lights shone in windows at night. I would definitely stay here again in the suite (2 beds and seperate living room.) They were spacious, clean and well arranged. The staff was very friendly and courteous and a pleasure to talk to.
