I felt great disappointment w.r.t location of the hotel and also it does not have security and it is open to the road. Any one can come and knock the door.

A better room instead of the filth one, seen other rooms before. I requested a Jacuzzi room, got the oldest one in there, had to request towels for it and ashtrays for a smoking room and received plastic cups and told to put water in them. My door lock did not work and had to get access to the room through the front desk.V

desk clerk couldn't find our room or open the door with our room key. A worker doing painting finally told him which room was the jacuzzi room. Not that the extra money for the jacuzzi was worth it because there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub. Meanwhile, our room keys continued to malfunction during our stay and we had to repeatedly have them reset. They didn't clean the room, only made the bed. As the other people mentioned, they are very tight with towels -- not that they gave us any clean ones over the three days we were there. We were woken up every night by at least one set of people either chatting on the sidewalk outside our room or beeping their car alarms. Their breakfast is a meager: white bread, tiny blueberry muffins and two dry cereals. Had to ask for tea bags and cups, which turned out to be pointless because the tea water was too cold to brew the tea. The last night, the inept desk gave another guest a key card to OUR ROOM, so someone entered our room at 1:30 a.m. To the poor guy's credit, he was as horrified as we were. When I called the desk to ask what the heck they were doing giving our room key to someone else, the clerk 's response was to blame her brother. On the bright side, while the wifi signal from the motel doesn't reach the rooms, the one from the car dealership that's 10 yards away does. There are a lot of other motels in Tonawanda. If you want to sleep through the night securely, choose another. Wish I had.

The room we were assigned for our 3-day stay was located directly beside the area where carpenters were constructing stairs to the second floor. Workers were cutting out sections of asphalt in the parking lot. Travel website did not give us any advance notice about the construction and demolition that had obviously been going on for several months. Scrap lumber and other building materials had been leaned dangerously against a pillar outside the door of our room. We were awakened one night when the revelers next door knocked down these materials in the wee hours of the morning. The fan on the A/C unit worked...but, the cool buttons stayed on for very short periods of time. The beds were so firm that we felt as if we had slept on the floor. We woke with aching backs.

Fairly expensive considering the amenities. It was the canadian long weekend and we booked slightly late. Free Continental breakfast means a muffin, orange juice and some bad coffee. We just managed to get 1 muffin for each in the group.

I didn't. It was a dive in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone I knew as it is in need of repair.

My husband and I actually made this trip at the last minute to do some shopping and spend the night out of town for something different. I was concerned due to another review posted on this hotel... but my husband reminded me of some of the places we've stayed on our travels... and since it was only for one nights sleep... what did we have to lose!I was very impressed with the friendly service I received while checking in. The lady was very knowlegable about where to go for shopping and how to get there, (we're directionally challenged). Our room was spotless, and just what we needed for the night! If you're heading to the States to do some shopping and want something right in the middle of all of the good malls, this is the place to stay. It's inexpensive and absolutely did the trick! We'll be heading back next month with some friends, and will likely stay here again! Why not!

Nothing that was liked. NA. I was very disappointed with this hotel and room to the point I did not stay. The room stunk and was dirty. It had water damage, significant, on the ceiling. Carpets were dirty and bedspreads obviously not cleaned in some time. No non smoking available. Traveling with a young asthma sufferer we could in no way stay in that room. The dirty and mold would have triggered an attack.

The hotel advertises hi-speed wireless internet BUT from the lobby not your room. Rooms are small, beds/pillows hard, cleanliness is mediocre. Hotel old, needs major updating. Room keys have to keep being reset. Traveled with group of 5 (2 rooms) was charged 10 for third person in room. This is not the hotel for business travel or small children. We attended conference early in morning, tried to check-out at 1pm during break to find another hotel (dissatisfied service) and was denied refund by owner. She argued with me over this!

Economy. Room had old smoke smell, microwave didn't work, lamp didn't work, hotel in the midst of remodeling. No differentiation between smoking and non-smoking rooms; asked a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed; was definitely an economy hotel. Refrigerator in room was a plus. Staff seemed responsive when I informed them of the non working features in the room. Breakfast was limited in options.

Not worth the money. We were charged **. (inc. tax) for one night, for a room with only 2 full size beds fir 4 people. It is probably only worth /night. They advertised free continental breakfast but we were not offered any. We asked for 2 extra towels. They gave us a blank look after our request and them checked the computer to see how many in our party and only gave us one more. They view out the window was a car lot!

The motel is accessible to Wal-Mart, entemann's outlet, mall and many restaurants. Easy access to all highways and close to Niagara Falls. Cleanliness - the coffee maker was not cleaned, there was 1/2 a hoagie in fridge and someone's pants hanging in bathroom. This motel really needs to work on housekeeping. When I arrived, the tile floor was dirty, there was a 1/2 of a hoagie in the fridge, the coffee maker was not cleaned, and someone elses pants were hanging behind the bathroom door. In addition, I left on Saturday to go to a graduation with my family. When I returned around 11pm at night the beds were not made, the rug was not vacuumed, my garbage was overflowing and the towels were still on the bathroom floor. When I called the office to complain, the lady said she doesn't know if she had someone to come and clean. I responded she better find someone because I wasn't planning in sleeping in that filth. A few minutes later two workers did come and clean the room. It seems to me that they do not put too much detail into the overall cleaning of a room.

Not much. The toilets did not have exhaust and therefore unusable after somebody had used them. Hotel is economy but not value for the money. The bathroom did not have a exhaust and therefore was not usable after one person had used it. I don't understand how can somebody construct a toilet like that.

Very friendly, easy access near freeway, good location. Nothing, over all a pleasant experience with staff and cleanliness. Very friendly staff, great location (if you have a car) mall and other facilities within driving. We took cabs, got expensive, still a very friendly, clean and well maintained. Undergoing construction to add a second level but didn't cause any problems with our stay. Great for the price.

"When I pulled into the parking lot,it did not look promising, and the office did nothing to ease my apprehension. But as it turned our, the room was spacious and clean. I spent 5 nights there. Although it is next to a major thourghofare, it was nice and quite. I had 2 queen size beds, a small refridgerator and microwave, and coffee maker. The room also had internet canble access. Were I to be back in thar area again, I would consider staying there again."

Location, fridge and microwave huge plus! Walls in room were very dirty, handprints. For the price it was good, we ended up with smoking room which wasn't great but the room was decent, the linen was clean, the walls were pretty dirty, there were handprints on the bathroom doors. Loved the fact that it had a microwave and fridge, big plus there, and the bathroom was clean. The continental breakfast was a little short, good cereal but stale muffins and donuts; a bagel would have been nice.
