This hotel is great for the price. I was expecting it to be worse but I was pleasantly suprised. The person who check us in just stared at us and we had to say hello 3 times before she answered us back but the check out was great that person was very nice and personable. It would have been nice to know that there is not an elevator for the 2nd level considering we had lots of luggage and then we had to walk about 75ft to our room. I think I lost about 10 pounds. I would suggest that you ask for the 1st level unless you like the stair master.

It was very comfy, accomdating, comforts of home. In requesting a room, there was no place for selecting handicap, downstairs, smopking/non-smoking. We were pleased with the accomadations, the breakfast selections, the problem we had, when reported, was promptly taken care of in a timely manner. One thing I noted was there was nothing to hold on to in getting in/out of tub, to keep from falling for seniors who are liable to fall. I had to have my husband help me out of the tub from taking a shower, since I am prone to falls. If there had been a handle I could have been able to do it alone.
