called to verify late check, rep was polite and efficent, check in was quick, thank you, room was prepared and ac was on, thank you, received courtesy call before check, to ensure departure. everything went the way a hotel is supposed to go. will definetly use again for next trip. thanks again, on a side note, can we get conditioner with the shampoo and there was a lamp that had a light out, didnt call front desk, went out instead, this was a first trip for me.

Just what we needed....a comfy place to shower and sleep and then we're off to the soccer tournament again! Very nice staff.
