Not recommended. Desk staff hard to understand/weary/desultory. They did allow me early check-in -- much appreciated. Just because it's the weekend is no reason for the "breakfast" room to be locked tight. When asked, they did put a pot of coffee on, and offered a pre-packaged danish roll. Grudgingly, and he quickly locked them back up. The bagel bin held 4-5 hard-as-a-rock mini-bagels...and the little cream-cheese containers clearly say 'keep refrigerated' and they had clearly been out as long as the bagels. And that was all there was. It had been 95-degrees in Stockton for a week, but the pool was locked tight. Looked real nice, 'tho. I actually chose this place over a Motel-6 type alternative for the 'breakfast' and pool....hence the review title.

I believe that there were only two others staying in the hotel. Other people might have been living there. I was harrassed for money by a beggar and felt VERY unsafe in the parking lot.
