Noisy inconvenient location. The beds were very uncomfortable, we got very little sleep.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! The place is dirty. The first room they checked me into had leaky plumbing, hair in the bed, and a brown dried material on the walls. After complaining they did provide me with a clean room. Luckily I had business away from property and was only there to sleep. No place to spend a vacation. I paid the online travel agency $* a night and they were renting to locals for $* a night. SCAM

We got two different sets of directions, neither of which were very good, there are no mattresses, just 3 inch pads on the box springs, and the "service" was extremely rude. When I entered the lobby the clerk barely looked up from her magazine - when I said, "Hello?" she replied "I know I'll be right there!" The hotel was practically empty that night but we were placed in a room neighbored by a crying baby, a blaring television, and loud voices. As we were driving all the next day and needed whatever rest we could get, I went back to the lobby to see if we could get another room. The clerk right in front of me called the room next to ours and told them we had complained! This got me pretty hot, and I told her she could either move us into another room or refund our money. She gave me a long dirty look and slapped a new room key on the counter. The next morning the room acroos the hall from ours had its door propprd open and the alarm blaring. Coincidence? I paid 86 for that crap!

They helped to get the baby stuff I needed and helped me dress in my ball gown, since I was travelling alone with an infant. Rust/ mold on ceiling of bathroom, needs paint, mouling repair, bathtubs had been painted and paint was peeling. Needs a good remodel. The people were nice, I was exhausted and they did their best to help me. I felt safe. Oh, the refrigerator did not work and all the food I bought spoiled.

The room we initially were assigned to was filthy. There was food in the sleep sofa and the room had an odor. We were given another room and inform the staff that we would be using the sleep sofa. The cleaning person informed us that she does not clean the sleep sofa because it was too heavy and she would hurt her back. My husband actually got the clean linen and changed the bed himself. Both rooms were suppose to be non-smoking but smelt like cigarettes to our family. Don't stay there !!!

I expected to have an electric iron in the room. I was satisfied and will return again next year. Thanks.

Location close to where I wanted to be. Roaches in the room! Not much to like. Run by kids, roach in the room, vending machine broken throughout the five day stay, allowed Taxi cabs to stand outside blowing horn early in morning, etc.

Booked two nights. Room was not clean when I arrived but was tired. Returned next day and room was not touched. Managers response.."" Would you like another towel?""

Bathroom was very clean. Could hear too much noise from rooms on either side or the 2nd floor. Room was clean and it appeared it had a new bathroom.

Room looked clean but smelled so moldy, mildewy, and with the thickness of old cigarette smoke that it infested all our cloths the first night. In one night, ties and new suit for wedding smelled like out of storage in grandmother's attic. Opening our bags at home triggered coughing, couldn't start washer fast enough. Even the suitcase needs a day in the sun.Pillows old, sketchy yet tolerable. Towels, plumbing, bathroom clean and functional. NO bugs. Continental breakfast a kind gesture.

My experience at this motel was excellent. I was completely satisfied with the service given at this motel. It is for sure I will stay in this motel next time.
