Location is good, room is small, bathroom is clean.People sitting in reception desk are not warm enough while responding. I lost my sunglass in reception.

The room was huge and clean. Very easy to find. The staff was young with no customer service skills. We stayed in multiple hotels during our stay in New York and the Econo Lodge was by far the largest room. It was much nicer then I expected from an Econo Lodge.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
This was the best Econo Lodge we have ever stayed in. The hotel is close to Buffalo and the Falls, but not too close as to be too pricey

It was ok but could have been better. Rooms were too small for the charge price but then all the hotels were packed because of 4th July. It took me 50 minutes to get there from the falls and the breakfast ran out at 8.30 am (atleast for me). But when you need sleep anything works.

Clean room and value priced. Budget bedding. It was very nice and clean. We liked how inexpensive it was.

For the price you can't beat this place. The room was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast was take what you want and go. But good enough for the money. There is a sports bar/restaurant next door. The food was really good.

We spent one night at this location, it was okay. I've stayed at other Econ Lodges this one was fair, clean, and also staff was very nice. Location was a little rural, but it was okay. This was my first time using Orbitz, I'll be using you again I'm sure.

Clean & convenient. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located.

This hotel is good if your going to the football game. But other than that, its not that great.Good for 1 night but thats it! The staff was awful and the rooms were dirty, coffee yes but no mugs just 1 styrofoam cup!?! Needs alot of improvement.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
carpets were dirty..the water in the sink & bathrooms was muddy..had to use bottled water to brush my teeth..the b'fast offered was very limited and the refills of the juices and coffee were done reluctantly..
Date of Stay:

Convenient location and reasonable cost. Adated facility, could use a reasonable breakfast.

the water temp. in the shower would go from warm to scalding hot every few minutes. The towels were like sandpaper. The water for making hot tea in the lobby was not hot.I would not stay at this hotel again.

the staff helped to set the tone for a relaxing visit. they were knowledgeable about the area attracttions and dining options. they displayed smiles and personality. they gave good information on locations for shopping areas and various sports venues.

Room was clean and seemed recently redone. Bathroom was old and needed extra attention. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Good TV selections. It was just what was needed for a weekend away from home, no more, no less.
Date of Stay:
July, 2006
Carpets filthy, slipper socks were black when I left. Coffee maker, no coffee or cups. Housekeeping calling and waking us up to see if we wanted the room cleaned. Unacceptable.

The Econo Lodge was comfortable. They said that the downstairs, which were larger units, had been recently rennovated. We first started our stay in a one bedroom which was very tiny. These units were not nice. We were told they were going to be rennovated. It was hard to move around the room. The next morning we were able to change our stay to a much larger room with 2 beds. There was a price difference. I was not happy when I was quoted a price over the phone and when I went down the next morning the clerk said that the price was more. She said do you want the room or not, in a don't care attitude. The cleaning lady was very nice and caring. Overall, we were happy with the hotel. No amenities were offered. The hotel had easy access to the major expressway and close to a shopping mall. It was about 15 minutes to Buffalo and 30 minutes to Niagara Falls. It was a nice place to hang your hat for the night.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was very unfriendly.

The room was clean. The outlets near the sink did not work. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable.
