The Econo Lodge owner is VERY rude. The room crawls with roaches and other bugs. I could have stayed at a MUCH nicer place for LESS money had rooms been available. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Arrived at 3am after driving straight through from Minnesota, clerk was slow & chatty about her problems. The room was absolutely gross - carpet wasn't clean, hairball in the tub, bedding reaked of smoke, there was no chain on the door In the morning you could a 1/2 inch of light around the door. Our family has traveled around the U.S. for military events and stayed in countless hotels and this by far was the absolute worst hotel.

It was convient to Fort Leonard Wood. For the quality of the hotel they were overpriced. We paid twice what the room was worth. Same quality for half the cost one exit further. Ice machine broken. Bathrooms need remodeled badly. Hard water buildup on shower head. Not enough towels. Rooms look run down. If they want to charge their rates they need to update this facility.

Convenient proximity to Ft. Leonard wood Base. Continental breakfast - not enough of a selection. I would have liked a bigger selection for your continental breakfast -but for the price - it was ok.

It was nasty, moldy, and no one should have had to stay in that room. They need to fire their cleaners. We had to spend part of our time going to a store to get Bleach just so we could use the shower and toilet. We will never stay in a hotel again that we have not seen first. Not to mention it smelled moldy as soon as you opened the door. If there would have been another hotel room available in that city we would have left as soon as we opened the door. The Glad candle we bought helped the smell a little.

I especially like how friendly the manager was and the continental breakfast. There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel. Our experience at your hotel was a very enjoyable one. It's location was close to where we had to go and close to a lot of restaurants. We were pleased and would recommend your hotel to others.

The continental breakfast was excellent. My room smelled worse after the maids left than it did before they cleaned. The stay was ok. I would use them again only if I had no other options.

Beds were nice. Wall paper peeling, bathroom was clean but a little grubby. A place to stay. We have stayed in a lot nicer places for the same price or a little more.

Nothing. They were terrible with service and attitude, they did not hold our reservations and we where there by 5:00pm. This was the worst service that I have received at a hotel; I was traveling with my parents and my daughter to see my son in the military. We arrived to find that at 5:00pm our hotel rooms were not what I reserved and because they had 2 rooms left that if we did not take them we would still have to pay for them. Needless to say we stayed at the Hampton and were treated with star service I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
