The hotel tried to charge me again for the room, after it had been billed by Orbitz. Pool was empty, with temperatures in the mid 90s.

Bed was comfortable, had mini fridge and microwave ,WiFi. Rooms need to be updated a little.

There was a live cockroach-type bug walking around the carpet when we checked in. There was no Kleenex in the holder. No TV channel line-up was available. HOWEVER, when my husband fell ill, they willingly refunded half of the price we'd paid when we had to cancel the second night's stay.

There was no hot water and they had been working on the problem since Friday and nobody told us when we arrived. The room was crowded. Two beds were shoved into an area that really could only fit one. One bed rested right up against the AC unit. No hot water. There was work being done on this problem since Friday and on Sunday still no hot water. Nobody told us that there was a problem when we checked in. Stains on the sheet and we asked for a non smoking room. When we walked in you could smell the stench of cigarettes.
