I liked the hotel having a restaurant. The layout was confusing. The parking area was in disrepair, the walkways outside the room were dirty, and the public garbage was overflowing.

This is a nice hotel, for Rock Springs. Price was decent, for Rock Springs which is kind of pricey due to oil & gas industry. The staff was really nice and the attached mexican restaurant is outstanding. The free or included breakfast in the lobby is above average. The bed and pillows were very good. A good experience in all.

This motel needs to own up to its mistakes and take responsibleity for its staffs actions. and as for its manger who make verble commetments shouldn't have a job.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking lot needs repair. It is worth the money. The staff was friendly and helpful. Major repair work needs to be done to the parking lot. The breakfast area could use some renovation. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

It had available rooms. Bed was very hard, few perks, dirty area. Parking was difficult. Employees were not the most friendly. In fact they upset my husband.

The pool was clean. Very cold though. Broken bathroom door. Poor air conditioning small rooms.
