Completely unacceptable: broken iron, no light in bathroom, urine stained carpet, inoperative room lock (!). Demanded, and rec'd, a refund.

Nothing. Overall this motel was dirty and over priced! The rooms were dirty! Sheet on the bed were not tucked in and bed old and wore out!

I wasn't expecting too much for the price, but this really was a disappointment. The room was clean, but the interior was drab and crowded. The key cards didn't work with any consistency - it took several swipes to get into the room and then the door was difficult to close, you had to throw your weight against it to get it close. The biggest problem was the continental breakfast - the service area was a huge mess and there was almost no food left at 9:00, the staff was very slow to bring out more food and made no attempt to clean up the mess. The coffee was undrinkable. And I can't say anything about the pool - it was locked when I wanted to go for a swim, even though it should have been open according to the sign on the door. The only thing that worked well was the free Wi-Fi, it was easy to connect and a reasonably fast connection.

It was a clean, basic room. There were many places to eat and shop nearby.

The hotel was clean & the staff was very attentive to our needs that we requested. No elevator, pool was cold, & may repairs needed to be made. The hotel was a little hard to find as it was down between a bunch of trucking businesses. It was in need of many repairs, but appeared that maybe they were getting ready to complete these repairs (i.e the first crib that they brought us the entire bottom/supporting framework was taped together with electrical tape). It was clean & the staff was attentive to our needs as we voiced them.

Beds were terrible, Never got a good nights sleep. Pillows were like sleeping on postage stamps. Breakfast bar was never cleaned. Kids running up and down the hall at hours of the nighe and early morning. Price was cheap and that's what we got. CHEAP!!!!i

I had to wait quite a while for someone to attend the front desk for check in. They didn't care. The lobby area was dirty. The continental breakfast area was dirty and provisions were sparse or non existant. I had great difficulty finding the place. Never again.

Location. The heater was freeze or bake. There was a gap to the outside around the heater. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. We called ahead 6 hours to arrange for a crib and still waited 2 hours when we got there. The heater unit in the room was either bake or freeze and there was a gap between the heater and wall that went directly outside. It was zero degrees and windy, you know how that went. Spend $10 bucks more and stay elsewhere. At best this is a 2 star economy motel.

Room was clean and nicely laid out. However, the shower took forever to get hot water and the drain was clogged. The pool water was cold (not heated) and the whirlpool wasn't any warmer than a warm bath. When we asked the maintenance man about the temperature, he said it was within the range they should be.We left behind a dog keychain (senimental) accidently. When we called back Sunday evening the help said that it wasn't in the room. Obviously, the housekeeping staff found it and took it :-(The help at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

The sheets were not changed in the first room they assigned us to, and the second had bedding that was severely tattered and obviously VERY old. The floor had been vacuumed, but only in the center of the room. The bathroom appeared to have been properly cleaned. The same desk clerk who checked us in at 9:00 pm was still the only one on duty at noon the following day. We elected to not sample the continental breakfast.

Nothing. The lobby was dirty, children playing tag in the halls, room was extremely filthy and worn. The desk person spoke in a foreign language to another employee in the process of the check-in. The area was dirty in the lobby. The room was filthy. The bathroom was very dimly lit with a worn bath mat and dirty floor. The air conditioner did not work and had thick dust and webs stuck to the front. I checked out immediately and was not charged for the room. I have stayed at the hotel while traveling and have never had an experience like this.

Key card didn't work in door so had to take a diff room from what was reserved. TV Remote did not work. No fittled sheet on mattress - flat sheet came off during night OF COURSE! I would not go back to this hotel for this price

If you want a inexpensive bed it's ok but if you want a clean motel this isn't it. The hall ways were dirty our room was missing an outlet cover. My room key was wrapped in a piece of paper that front attendant folded up, not a good first impression. Location was in a business area behind a truck center not the best location in my opinion.

The hotel was close to the Omaha Zoo and dog races. It was a bit of a rat hole. I was shocked to see how shanty the hotel/room was for paying the charge. What the hotel had done was jack their prices up because the Junior Olympics were competing there that weekend. Only a fourth of the light sockets worked. It was damp, wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was dirty, internet access was terrible and the walls were thin. The bathroom, well, that is a story of its own. We will never stay there again.

This is the trashest place I have ever stayed. Our first room had pills smashed on the night stand. The second room the bathroom look like it had never been cleaned. My Mom had booked this as my brother is the the hospital. We did not stay the second night as we were afraid we would catch something. The only god thing was the manager did not charge travel agency for our second night so my Mom was not charged. Travel agency would do good to take this place off there list of hotels.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wifi did not work in the room we were given. A move to another room the next day somewhat solved that problem, but the room did not have a refrigerator.

Nothing at all. Everything from the people who worked there and the hotel itself, not clean and it looked and felt very uncomfortable, it was in a weird location. I would not ever stay here, only if you are super poor and need a desperate night of sleep and just pray that you don't get robbed or spyed on, it was very horrible and would not recommend it to a fly.

The Econolodge was the perfect quick stop on a long, cross-country road trip. It was convenient, had inexpensive restaurants nearby, and had a smooth check-in and check-out procedure. I would stop here again on a long road trip. The extra amenities, pool, jacuzzi, and workout room provided a welcome break for road weary travelers.

Friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Thin walls and doors, loud heaters. The doors are too thin and you can hear everything in the hallways and even in adjoining rooms, so that's a negative. The staff are Indian and extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend it to the thrifty and frugal traveler.

After reading many positive reviews on this hotel, I decide to give it a shot. When we got there, the first impression was , Oh my gosh this is not good kind of thing. We waited for about 20 minutes before they checked us in, there was only one lady taking care of the guests leaving and arriving, which included checking the rooms, when guests were checking out, first time I saw it happened. Here is the most important thing, I will never stay at a hotel that allows pets, our first room stank so bad, that we started to think about changing hotels, even after I told the staff about it, they didn't care, but after we discovered that the TV doesn't work, they put us in other room, which didn't smell so bad, why couldn't they give us this room at the first place. And the waffle breakfast?, after the unsanitary experience, we rather ate at Perkins, don't know if it was more sanitary, but at least they don't allow any pets in. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends or my enemies.
