Was supposed to be a non-smoking room (via Cheap Tickets) but put in smoking room. Not the end of the world but a little smelly...

Convenience, pleasant and helpful staff and affordable and clean. Would have preferred a non smoking room. Slight smoke odor.

The hotel was very nice considering the area surrounding it was not . It was all gas stations, used car lots and fast food joimts. They do have survailence cameras. As for getting to downtown it took about 20 min. Opryland was about 5 min.away. Pool was very clean .

The hotel, room, and grounds were very very clean and use able. There was a water restrict or on the shower head and the neighborhood was a little dodgy. For an economy hotel it was very nice. I'd go there again.

If you are paying $ to stay each nite you should have clean sheets each nite, we were there from June 4-9 for The Music Festival,and they were changed once.When you stay at a place with breakfast, you figure that into you nitely bill, what they had was NOTHING, and some woman came out at 7:30 in her pajamas to put the coffee on! Pillows where skimpy and 3 not 5 to a king bed, just not what it was played up to beIt was an experience.

We had booked a non-smoking 2 queen bedroom at the lodge for a night. We arrived 30 mins after checkin time at 1:30 pm and were told at check-in that our room might be not ready.Nevertheless the guy didnt bother checking the room and gave us the keys and we were welcomes to some wafle house trash. On being told about this, the guy at the check-in counter asked us to wait until the room could be cleaned. We were tired after a long drive and settled for an alternate non-smoking room. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the comforters had circular holes burnt in them possibly from cigarette stubs. Water was clogging in the bath tub after a shower. The parking lot also had a lot of shady characters in the evening just hanging out inside their car for long period of time, observing those that came and left. The continental breakfast was a joke. There were 2 containers of fruity loops and a small coffee jar. Overall, we felt it ruined our trip.Save your money and go elsewhere!! The only plus point is it was close to all attractions. Will never stay here again.

I search online travel all the time for value hotels. The hotel had a 2 star rating from travel website so when I saw the other negative reviews on the hotel I was very surprized on their comments. We booked the hotel anyway based on the online travel description. We were very satisified with the visit. The impression driving up to the hotel was the first pleasant impression. The building and parking lot were spotless, new paint and blacktop. Staff was very pleasant. The rooms were newly decorated. Everything redone. The breakfast was plentiful. There was a pool in a good location. At $49 per night, It was one of the best values we ever had in a hotel. Definately would return if we were in the area.

Hotel was clean and safe. Billing was a mess as my credit card was charge by Orbitz and by the hotel. Not an issue that one needs to spend time fixing while on vacation. However, the price the hotel charged was less that the Orbitz price. Had to spend vacation time on the phone with Orbitz to manage the problem.

Clean, like new, comfortable-great place. Pet policy not explained up front at booking. It's a great, economical, super clean, like-new place for an overnight stop, or even for an extended stay. I'd recommend it to family.

It was great! The location was better than expected, close to all the attractions. The room was a clean and we will definately stay here again when we return to Nashville... the price was right on target.

The location and price were very good. The hotel was very pleasant. The people were friendly and helpful with sights to see and where stores were located we needed to go to. The rooms were clean and large. I would stay there again.

"If your main priority is saving money, this is the place. It's an older motel that's probably never been renovated. The beds aren't all that comfy and had stains on them, the carpet was dirty and worn, the a/c and heat were loud, but worked okay. Peeling paint, dirty bathtub, loose bathroom fixtures, thin worn towels were only a few of the problems."

Cleanliness, staff helpfulness andconvenient location. No protein on continental breakfast. Noisy mattress. Incredible value. Clean room, great shower, one of the few motels we could find with queen size beds, refrigerator and microwave.

Convenient to downtown & interstate.. Older hotel; Only fast-food restaurants; breakfast was a joke. This is an older hotel that has had a makeover. Beds were hard. The continental breakfast was cold cereal, little Debbie pastries, coffee, juice & milk.

Was simple and clean, good wireless internet. Breakfast area wassmall, not open early. This is a good, basic hotel. There is a night window for before/after hours, and the night window was still closed at 6:30a at least one morning, so I only used the continental breakfast one time (out of three days).

The bathroom was clean, comfortable bed, convenient stay for a few days. The lobby had a bad smell. I liked how the maid called the room to see if housekeeping was necessary before knocking on my door. It's not a luxurious motel to stay in but it's clean and convenient enough for a 2- to 3-night stay. It's also close to popular fast-food places.
