It was conveniently located. Again, we got a smoking room which smelled horrible. I had to wash all my clothing the next day due to the smell in the room, I think we should have been told we were getting a smoking room before we booked the reservation.

Trained Staff at our local store. A more comfortable bed would have been nice. I have a back problem and cannot not lay flat without a lot of pain. I can usually get around this if the hotel has lots of extra pillows to prop myself up and to cushion an overly firm mattress. They only had one extra pillow to give me and for a hotel of this size, that's unacceptable and they weren't even appologetic that they didn't have more. Perhaps hotels should consider making rooms available for people with physical problems such as mine. An adjustable bed; like a "Craftmatic" or a Sealy adjustable; like I have at home or even a reclining chair would be better than nothing. With one or two rooms set up like that; they could at least make two of their guests more comfortable. Other than not sleeping well, I had a nice stay. If you're paying with American Express, stay away from the Family House Resturant across the road, they don't take it and you don't find that out until you try to pay the check. The Stop Resturant next door is OK, but it's a truck stop with noisey, loud talking driver's which makes enjoying a quiet meal impossible and the food is mediocre at best; OK but nothing fancy.

The curtains were made of the towels. The heater was a little funny to operate and some of the appliances would beep for no reason?

The rooms at the Mifflintown Econolodge were clean and very nice. I felt very comfortable staying here. The rooms were large and the hotel is is located in a nice area. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a convenient stop along the route we were traveling between stops on a recent trip. We had stopped at the on site restaurant on a prior trip and were not impressed with the food, so we went to a nearby place for breakfast. Being that this was just an over night stop along our way to the second point on our journey, we didn't spend much time there. However, I would have to say that the room was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again should the need ever arise.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. No ironing boards or irons in the rooms. The boards at the desk were far too small for use.

Very clean, quiet, good price, great staff! Could have a better restaurant. Very nice hotel for the price. Great staff, very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Room was very clean, quiet & the beds were the best night's sleep I¿ve had in 15 years!
