The lobby staff, both at check in and check out were friendly, helful and courtious. Continental Breakfast consisted of only toast and muffins with a choice of orange juice or coffee. I would have liked a bigger selection. Rooms were clean shower size was awsome! Overall was happy with our stay.

Affordable rates, large, clean rooms. This hotel is not nearly as close to the Disneyland parks as its website promises.

One, they didn't have a shuttle service to Disneyland, but rather the Anaheim Convention Center..so you're options were: a) walk to the park, which we originally wanted to do, but which would've been silly because the park is a lot farther than the 2 blocks that was mentioned for the hotel by you guys (more like 2 MILES)..b) drive to the park, and do the daily parking $12.00 a day..FYI...About the hotel in general...the room was plenty big, and was reasonably clean..However, the shower (tub) was really small, and the showerhead was so low, it looked like it had been built for a dwarf..(I'm 6'2", and the water was hitting just below the shoulders)..Our last night there, we were subjected to a late night construction demonstration..Evidently, the hotel front desk had some construction plans that just couldn't wait til during daylight hours, so sleeping that night was practically out of the question...at least until after 10:30 pm or so...Also, there weren't enough towels or hand towels provided..pluses were the coffeemaker and hair dryer in the room..you had to get the iron and ironing board from the front desk...not to forget in all of this, a $2.30 "resort fee" per day, because we were within 5 miles of Disneyland..this charge was not made known to us until we arrived there...We will not be returning to this particular hotel, nor recommending to anyone..

This Hotel had friendly staff, they are not much for small talk just straight to the point but they do what they say there going to do. the Hotel is an older style in a residential / commercial area just north of disneyland. the hotel was clean but run down somewhat. the parking was tight and the pool was very small but the jacuzzi was nice. If two familys were in the pool area it would 1 family too many, so hit the pool when others are busy. We had a brief issue with the TV signal going out but it was repaired quickly. We have 6 in our family and they had a room w/ 3 queens at an affordable price just what we needed. We would stay again, if we are looking for an inexpensive room for just a couple of nocs.

Noisy, dirty, didn't feel safe there, people in room next to us obviously were living there (had lots of possessions and bicycles in room that made it appear they were living there). they kept their door open, they were having party and playing their guitars, lots of traffic in and out, not good for a family at all!

When we got there they did let us check in early which was nice. The room was spacious and appeared clean. It sucked that it only had a fridge and no microwave. The walls are very thin and we could hear what was going on outside and in other rooms and the doors had a really hard time closing so everytime a door closed it sounded like someone had slammed a door really hard or someone was pounding on your walls. Every morning when we would go to use our fresh towels they put in our rooms we had to pick off all kinds of hairs and the towels were pretty stained...gross. The complimentary breakfast was more like a snack, only offering a small muffin, toast, or small pastry, with either orange juice, lemonade, or coffee to drink, and the food was stail almost everyday and we stayed 7 nights. They also state that the motel is 2 and a 1/2 blocks away from disneyland, within walking distance and it is probably about a mile and 1/2 away from disneyland, not within walking distance. Overall it was hardly worth the money we paid and next time we will definitely pay more for a place with class, closer to disneyland, and that offers a real complimentary breakfast!

The Econo Lodge site claims the motel is 2 blocks from Disneyland which is blatantly false. In reality it's closer to a mile and I would not want to push a stroller that far, up and over an overpass to boot. The room wasn't bad for the money but even though it was a non-smoking room, you could tell people smoked there regularly by the smell of the sheets and blankets. You could also see light around the entire frame of the door so obviously there wasn't a very good seal. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. When we asked where the continental breakfast was located they just pointed rather than offering a verbal description which was unprofessional and rude. Almost all of the parking spots are for a compact vehicle and my minivan barely fit between the lines. I said I would stay here again but in reality I would look elsewhere and pay a little more to be closer to Disneyland and hopefully have a friendlier staff to work with. Not a bad place for a short trip but don't expect anything other than a basic room and sparse amenities at best.

Decent room quality. Hotel staff was absolutely horrible, caused me major problem with extra charges. Do not stay here. Rooms are OK, the worst staff, very unhelpful and extremely rude.

Our room was very clean. The pool and spa were great. Not happy that the location was away from the maingate of Disney. Or that the motel charged for every little amenity. Very frustrated.

The motel website said they were within walking distance of Disneyland. I guess for some people nearly a mile may be within walking distance, but we have a 2 year old and navigating a loaded stroller up and over a hill is not something we would be willing to do. The local shuttle service is per person and with 5 in our party it was cheaper to just drive and pay the at Disneyland. Other than the fact that this hotel is not within walking distance of Disneyland, we had a good stay here. The continental breakfast was OK if you like sweet rolls and toast and for the money this is still a good value. At least we didn't have to pay for parking at the motel like some of them close to Disneyland are now charging. We paid and change for two nights which isn't bad on short notice.

This hotel is an excellent bargain for the money. Located almost across the street (easy walk) from Downtown Disney, we were able to add a little fun to our business trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean (not the newest or nicest), very nice area.

I can cook and eat like at home. I felt not very safe that my room was on the back side of the building.

I checked into the hotel and was happy to walk into a nice, clean, air-conditioned room with a jacuzzi tub. I was able to see the fireworks from Disneyland, from the balcony. I did lose my internet connection over the weekend, which was upsetting, but not that big of a deal I suppose. The only other problem I had was with ordering food. Being not used to the area, I only had a couple of brochures, and one wouldn't deliver without 2 orders (I was alone), so that left late night orders to only one restaurant. It was fine though and offered a wide array of food. I would say that it's not a "short 2 block walk to Disneyland". Most of the places say that and they seem to mean closer to a mile. However, if you don't mind waiting, there is a shuttle stop a short distance away. I'd gladly stay at this hotel again. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was reasonably dark when the curtain was drawn. I did have two other windows that only had blinds, but it wasn't so bright as to be uncomfortable. Another note: Don't depend on the continental breakfast, as that seems to disappear quickly. Overall: A good hotel, helpful staff and mostly reasonable prices.

I liked the spaciousness of the room. Parking lot was small, but probably not something you can improve on.

Nothing. Everything. This hotel was horrible, seemed like a lot of shady people doing a lot of illegal activity.

It satisfied my needs except expected more for Continental breakfast it was not much of anything. It wasn't a real Continental breakfast they had almost nothing to eat. Clean, quiet area, inexpensive price but it was no Continental breakfast as advertised.

Service was busy and the lady handled it great with customers. This was great. Easy access to many attractions. The guest were signing in and out and the lady at the counter handled it very well. She did a great job.

First off, we were a little skeptical when we arrived. The neighborhood was quite frightening and the hotel looks nothing like the picture the advertise with. When I walked in to the lobby it smelled of smoke, and the carpet in there was nasty. The night desk clerk was a friendly lady. That was the only plus of this hotel (if you can even call it that.) When we walked into our room it smelled of smoke and air freshener. We asked for a non-smoking room since my husband is allergic. The beds were extrmely uncomfortable. Even my children complained. The outlets were pulled out from the wall and that, to me, is very unsafe and a possible fire hazard. The pool looked disgusting as if it hadn't been cleaned. When you closed your door, you could still see outside because of the cracks around the door. Our main complaint is when we came back after a long day at Disneyland to find some elses boxes stacked in our room. I went to the front desk to have them removed. The desk clerk came to our room to remove them, but in the process knocked over one of the stacks and almost hit our child who was sitting on the bed. Unless you're looking for an hourly rate motel (which wouldn't surprise me with this place), I would recommend the you never stay here. They told us compensation would be received for the inconvience of the boxes, but when we checked out we were informed it was " an accidental mistake" and nothing would be done since we'd already received a discounted rate online. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

Outdated furnishings, older. Saw a roach in the room. If you are broke, then this is okay. Everything costs extra, use of a microwave, a resort fee tax imposed by the city. The staff is nice enough, no frills. Could be cleaner. Saw a roach once, but only one. Can't decide if that makes it okay. Beds are older, pigeon poop outside. Also, during the week had one police visit, two ambulance visits. Seems relatively calm here though.
