I would stay here again. Good location in Flagstaff and easy to get to. The breakfast was not very good.

I clearly did not pay enough attention to the rating when I made my reservation. I stay in Flagstaff regularly and there are many, many far better options. Where to begin! Manager tried to prevent me from obtaining frequent flier miles by telling me Choice hotels got rid of the program. It became clear he simply did not want to enter it in- turns out they had a setting for it on the computer. Did not provide me with internet access code. I had to call and have him read it to me several times over the phone. Lights that did not work in my "choice" room. Shower curtain smelled unbelievably sour. Shower head would not operate on normal setting- probably because of the terrible leak. Water not hot enough. The waffle breakfast? They were out of clean cups to pour with. When I asked the manager for a cup he took a dirty cup and poured it for me. They would not allow us to take our food to our room. My coffee maker and supplies were set up in an area that didn't even have an outlet. I had to carry it across the room to plug it in. They came to my room knocked on my door repeatedly before I checked out to clean it- and the hotel was empty. It was really unbelievable. The TV did have a remote at least.

Buyer Beware! Stay here ONLY if there is no other hotel, room to sleep in your car, or outdoors is just too unsafe. We were on the road for a week and stayed in much nicer, cleaner hotels for considerably less money. The room was dirty, the front desk rude (we were told "It's season, here's the room rate - take it or leave it"). If we weren't so tired and it being so late that night, I would have slept in the car had I known what we were in for. The final straw was the continental breakfast the next morning - the bar had very little, the area was filthy, and one of the other guests wandered into the breakfast area barefoot with only his shorts on. The front desk watched the whole spectacle but said nothing. For *a night, I dont expect the Ritz, but I do expect a lot more than "take it or leave it" .

It was easy to find and conveniently located. It was clean and well managed. The indoor pool was too cold to use. This is a 3-story structure with interior hallways and an elevator. It is well-maintained, clean and attractive. The make your own waffles were a delicious touch to the free continental breakfast offerings. It felt more like a hotel than a motel. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable.

When we checked in the staff gave us a room which had not been cleaned, the next room they gave us did not have the security latch! I will never stay here again.

The hotel was good for the price. However, the ceiling had major water damage that had not been repaired and was falling off in pieces. The train is nearby and we heard it all night - that is common for most hotels along this strip - to be expected.

The was the worst hotel experience ever. A train with an extremely loud whistle goes directly behind the hotel about every 30min for the entire night. The staff lied to make it seem like only one train would come through and then told us we'd ""hear it everywhere in Flagstaff."" We felt scammed, didn't get any sleep, and left at 5 am just to get away from the terrible train whistles.

The people who run the hotel needs to be told how to check people in when the book through you. They were charging us again to stay there until we showed then that we paid through you. They also need to smile more when they are talking to the guest. The wall need to be re-painted and new wall paper needs to be put up everywhere. Also need better pillows ther cause the ones we had were very hard.

Friendly but allows privacy. No complaints. Nothing wrong with the place or the stay. Nice little indoor pool/hot tub/small workout room. Staff was friendly and not intrusive. Good free breakfast.

Nothing. I hated the bed hard a rock. Its ok but I will not stay there again.

Did not have an iron board, no extra pillows or towels. It seemed to be clean, but I was expecting and iron board. Could not get any extra pillows and the ones on the bed were very flat. Only could get 1 extra blanket and the shampoo and soap were very small, not enough for 4 people. Also, could not get enough extra towels for all of us.

Near rest, pool. Did not change bed linens. It was a good place to stay, but the price was a little high.
