The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I needed to send some faxes they were very accomodating. They also had a grest recommendation for a nearby restaurant and knew where the closest post office was located. They made my stay very productive and comfortable.

"Our stay at this hotel was great. The staff was really friendly right from the beginng and the rooms were really nice, they look like they have just been remodeled. The location of the hotel is in a good place not to far from the beach and also close to the naval bases. Definatly going to stay here whenever we are back in town."

Clean, comfortable, safe, friendly staff, close to stuff, just right. This was the perfect hotel for my travels. Friendly staff, close to everything. Safe. Quiet. Clean. Wireless connection. Will definitely stay there again!

"The front desk hide behind bullet proof glass. You talk to them through a little metal grate. You give them your money through a moveable metal drawer. I decided not to stay there, but they charged my credit card anyway. When I sent them a letter asking for a refund they sent a letter giving me a 10% discount to stay in their hotel."

The hotel was good for sleeping over. It was clean the staff was friendly. The room smelled a bit Smokey. The hotel was good for sleeping over. It was convenient for a place to sleep and a hot shower. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. For just a place to sleep, I would stay there again.

Location was excellent for me on this trip. Rather plain hotel, just a decent "place to sleep". Would be more desirable in the summer; it is only about a mile from the beach.

It was economical. It wasn't in the best part of town. The staff there was rude to me and my girlfriend. Housekeeping didn't clean the room any of the 3 days we stayed there. Housekeeping did come to the room though, but it was at 8 am, which is extremely early to me.

Location. Old creaky floors; old hotel. Located in a shady part of Norfolk. Did not feel safe and secure walking to nearby restaurants Witnessed prostitution activities across the street. Would absolutely not bring my family to his place. Will not return.

Very close to Virginia beach and most other attractions. Everything was great! The hotel is close to many attractions and the staff goes out of their way to help you in any way possible.
