Newly redecorated room. We were on first floor. Breakfast was adequate. Side outside door wouldn't work with key card. Room was crowded. It was a pleasant stay.

We were given 2 different rooms due to a faulty A/C. Neither room had been vacuumed, one had a used bath towel on the bathroom door, and the other had someone's boxer shorts hanging on it. We were very dissatisfied with the quality of this motel. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The desk clerk was very friendly and nice. It was okay, nothing fancy. Nothing memorable. We were going to fly out of Denver International Airport very early the next morning and prices were raised for Democrat National Convention in Denver, so we decided to stay in Limon instead. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the desk clerk was friendly.
