The Manager was very pleasant. Very good value for the money. It is in an excellent location.

I looked for a reasonably priced motel with an internet connection. I needed to work online the night I was staying. I found the this hotel and sure enough, it was listed as having internet service. So I made reservations. The room was clean and spacious and had a couch, chairs and two tables. Ideal for working! Unfortunately they do NOT have internet service. They said I could come to the lobby and use their computer. Not what I had in mind. I visit this area at least once a year and would keep happily keep coming back to this motel if only the rooms had an internet connection.

the room was already taken, the iron was broken as well as the refrigerator. Access to front desk was limited, the door was locked.

Location (proximity to Tanglewood , Shakespeare and Co. and the town of Lenox. Away from highway noise. Getting a bit shabby. This hotel met our needs. The price was right, the room clean and comfortable. It's somewhat shabby, though. The location, situated so close to Lenox, is great. Breakfast food was average but adequate. We would go back.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable; staff were friendly; free contiental breakfast even included waffles. I couldn't have asked for a better valuel for the money.

Location, price, breakfast. Cramped bathroom, low-mounted shower head, wireless internet didn't work reliably.
