This hotel must have been a showplace 35 years ago, but is at best a little tired now. Heplful staff and good coffee in the morning but we'll spend the extra money next time.

Close to work. The staff is just not all that helpful. I don't ask for anything, cause it's obvious they don't want to be bothered.

The room at the Guest House was fine and clean. The bathroom was small for larger people. The Air Conditioner was louder than normal. The motel was located for all my needs for stay in Leesburg.

The staff's friendliness and good attitude and willingness to help. Nothing to tell. The staff was great , the facilities were clean and well kept.

Make your own waffles. A little too dirty. The hotel was okay.

I would not stay there again. No hair dryer in room. Old fabrics/smell. Staff was not familiar with local area. Old, in need of redo. Room had coffee pot but no hair dryer. I called and was told there was only one person working so I could use a hair dryer if I would come and get it.

The front desk staff was pleasant,. Dirty. Rooms were old and beds were old. This place was just short of being a flop house.

Convenience. Old, rundown. needed much improvements. I was some what disappointed in the appearance. I looked nothing like the pictures featured on the internet. Needed major upkeep.

Neat and clean. Exterior light shines through the thin curtains. Air conditioner is rather noisy. Good for overnight stays.

The breakfast bar was adequate. Things were dated and not in good repair. No safety features in the bathroom, noisy, phone not working. We were unhappy with the hotel. It was in disrepair, noisy, dangerously unprepared for seniors. No bathroom safety features and a phone that did not work. Fortunately we have a cell phone which we had to use to call the front desk to break-up a fight in the room above us. It was frightening. When told about the condition of the room, we were told that we should have asked for an updated or better room when we saw that it had not yet been refurbished. That should have done upon arrival on our part.

Nothing. Floor in room was extremely dirty and the room smelled bad. Old and filthy.

Workers friendly. Location, the age and I could have got a better rate if I booked myself. Pillows were bad; walls are very thin old facility ac kicked on and off were very loud.

It was one of the worst motels ever. Roaches, dirty beds with pubic hair and bugs. No joke! Nice but unprofessional staff. Dilapidated furnishings. Crime looking area. Not just at the room they send you too so as to hide the truth, but pick a few at random and you'll see I'm not kidding. Thanks for sending the survey. I needed to vent after that experience!

Nothing. The rooms are stuffy and the high speed internet is slow. I do not consider this hotel as a 2 star, maybe it was within the past, but right now it's not.

Location. Non-smoking room had an overwhelming haze of smoke. Guest House Inn & Suites staff members were friendly and helpful. However, the room/common areas were rather disappointing. Most offensive was the condition of the room. When a customer requests a "non-smoking" room, that room, as well as rooms adjacent to it should in fact be "non-smoking". Not only was it difficult to sleep, but all my clothing required a thorough spraying of Febreze to rid them of the cigarette odor. In addition, as a woman traveling alone, I was less than impressed with being sent to the rear of the hotel where there was extremely poor lighting.

Nice room and friendly staff. Wireless internet did not work. This was a good hotel for the money. It was the least expensive in Lake County and turned out to be a great stay. The neighborhood was a little questionable, however. It is always disappointing when someone promises internet and it does not work.

Pool nice but didn't use it. Parking, breakfast, cleanliness, supplies. I will never go there again. I had to park fare away because it was not equipped with enough parking. My children and I had to walk in the rain a distance to get to the room. The only space left was fire lane or handicap ramp. I was glad I wasn't towed away. Food was stale and bland. Not a big selection but my children needed to eat. Room was not very clean stuff in it I didn't even know what was and there was one small bottle of conditioner and a bar of soap. The water wouldn't stay in the tub due to being broken. Door to the fridge scraped the floor and you could hardly open it and freezer was built up with ice.

The bed was comfortable, sheets fresh and clean and the pool area beautifully landscaped. Sounds from outside the room traveled easily inside. A nice resting place for couples or families with an easily accessed location and clean, comfortable rooms.
Date of Stay:

Location ¿ clean. The water took too long to run out of the bathtub. The room was very well kept. The hotel was easy to find.
Date of Stay:
January, 2007
Location. Tied, worn out holiday inn from the 70's, no maintenance. Internet did not work even with the provider's technician to help for three hours.
