This place was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not stay here! We were staying in Jonesboro for an ASU game. We checked out the pictures online and it looked fine so chose this motel because of the queen beds. I would have gone to another motel immediately if are online company had not already charged me for the room and we did not have time to search for another place to stay. The wall paper was peeling off of the walls, there were dark grease smudges on both the outside and bathroom door, there was not a chain to secure the door, the door facing was loose, the fire extinguisher was hanging from the ceiling, the wall had been patched with a board and looked terrible and the non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Also, the microwave did not work properly. I called the front desk to complain and the person did not seem too interested in hearing my complaint. WARNING DO NOT STAY! Pay the extra $ for the nicer rooms across the street. It was truly this bad.

We had 2 rooms for one night. If online travel website had not already charged us, we would have have not stayed there. Both rooms had black greasy finger prints on all doors to include the bathroom doors. One outside door did not have a chain so that you could double secure your room. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. One room's smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling. The other room's hot and cold water lines in the bathtub were incorrect, so when you thought you were getting cold water, you end up being surprised by HOT water. Front desk not friendly.

"We stayed at this hotel and too felt it was the worst experience we have had. I was on crutches and requested a handicap room. The shower didn't work and even if it had, I'd been afraid to place my bare feet on any of the flooring. The lamp shorted out and smoked while we were in the room watching TV. RUN from this place."

This place was horrible. Hair dryer didn't work.Asked for repair and they did nothing. Pillows were flat and the room had an odor. Towels were scratchy. We will never stay there again.
