The Econo Lodge & Suites was comfortable and it was a good size room. Lots of cable channels to choose from. It was very close to the airport and the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. It's next door to a car rental company as well as a Denny's restaurant.

Close to Airport. Rough Clientele - Fight in room next door that was loud and out of control. About the only thing good about this hotel was the location and the price. Cleanliness was an issue. In room lighting was badly planned - no light over the coffee maker or microwave area.

We were surprized at the accommodations for the price, excellent, rooms clean, staff very very accommodating, refrig in the room, no deposit for controls, the place seemed new to us, just missing the base board in the bathroom (room 208) very convienient to highway. we will stay again

This hotel was one of only a few left available for graduation weekend. It was decent for the money and considering it was the last available, but nothing to write home about.

On the surface all seemed well, except when checking in after 4PM the continental breakfast was still set up. Room seemed clean until I pulled back the covers to reveal the dirtiest blankets and bedspread I've ever seen. Tried the other bed with the same results. I can take rude neighbors throwing things against the wall and their bratty kid running up and down the hall banging on doors, but dirty linens is uncalled for. Continental breakfast was still from the night before complete with rotten fruit. I would have complained to the staff at check out, but somebody's grandfather with a baby checked me out. Just don't stay here.

Excellent location to airport,ATM and restaurants. Needs a little improvemement in room cleanliness. The distance from airpportonly 1 1/2 mile, several fast food and sit down restaurants within 1 mile or less, same distance to atms; however the room needed a little more clean up from housekeeping, no iron or board? mattress you could feel the wires a little, but overall it was a great find and the price was also good for the area. Breakfast could be a little fresher as the fruits were a little wilted, yesI would recomend this hotel if you need to be close to airport and downtown syracuse in a safe neighborhood.
