Our trip to Orlando was ruined by this hotel. Made reservations well in advance, but when we went to check in, we were told they did not have a room with the pool view which we paid extra for. I showed my confirmation and they came up with a room, but when we went to the room, it was already occupied. Went back to front desk, not even a sorry from the staff, and were given another room. This room did not have two beds, but they rolled a roll-away bed in for my daughter which had to be squeezed in by the door of the room. The free shuttle they offer is a joke. One shuttle bus per day and they pack you in like cattle. Never on time. Service at this place was a joke. No one to answer telephone calls, vending machines broken all over. Our stay was ruined by our experience here.

The staff was extremely good. Price is the best around. The beds are a bit hard. I highly recommend to all travelers going to the amusement parks or just a quick getaway. Very well kept grounds. Staff are very co-operative + go to extremes to satisfy you.

Our family and I enjoyed 4 nights at this facility and I cannot say one negative thing about our whole vacation. A++++ in my book. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have now stayed at this hotel 3 times while on vacation in Orlando, Florida. Close the theme park attractions, resteraunts and walking distance to shops, eateries, etc.,

The price. The elevator. We were on the 4th floor and my mom who is 81 had to climb the stairs numerous times because the elevator was not working properly. This was hard on me so I know it was really hard on her.

Had to change rooms due to the carpet being soaking wet. Front desk staff was slow and not attentive to people. Was not willing to upgrade room but had to in the end when the room I was given was unacceptable.

Great location. Have a restaurant by the pool open till midnight. Thumps up. Room smell a little dirty and the beds were very hard.

Should have known better with the price. Will be cancelling the other reservation even thought I will be charged for that cancellation. Extra charges were added that the staff said was from Orbitz. Did not get a receipt. Placed a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN out but someone did come into the room. When called front desk and mentioned that did not get a response back other than How do you Know? Would not recommend!

had a good time spent 5 days and location was good. took about 5 min to sea world and 20 to disney. downtown orlando was about 10 mins to citrus bowl. will stay there again for sure

The pool, customer service was good.. No privacy, loud people, and maintenance was too loud. The location was great, but the hotel was not. Strange loud people all over the place and not enough parking.

Great location for going to Sea world. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location if going to Sea World, Universal and other nearby attractions. Staff did not provide facetowels for a couple of nights and there were few ants (not bad) around bathroom sink. Saw one or two each day. Would definitely stay again for value and location.

They changed my room when the elevator was out. Parking was horrible and the room smelled too strong of perfumed cleaner. Beds were comfortable and free Wi-Fi. Good for the price but I probably will not stay there again. I'm used to better quality hotels, however, needed a place to stay that was in a tighter budget, which this fit.

The room was non-smoking & had a coffee pot. Not enough regular coffee in room andno refrigerator. This motel was very good and service was excellent.

Room was ok...especially for the price. Phone in room never worked, therefore any issues had to be handled at front desk directly which was a pain since we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was continually broken.

Value. Good place to stay if all you are going to do is sleep there. Cheap, clean but small rooms. I would return.

This hotel is in a prime location off I-4 and International Drive. The rooms were pretty clean and nice and neat. It was however a bit noisy since our room faced I-4. All in all my wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Thank you Econo-Lodge.

Location. Room was not cleaned well. It smelled horrible. The ceiling was cracked and falling. The wall paper in the bathroom was falling off and under was massive amounts of black mold. Everything was rusted including the microwave and refrigerator.
