This hotel is excellent! Great break fast, pastries, waffle, fruit,toast, coffee, juice, and milk. The hotel is very very clean. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel still smells knew. The prices do get high, but well worth it. This hotel will be my normal stay.

New, clean, and safe. The bed was stiff and the mini fridge made a clunking noise. I liked that access to the rooms is within the hotel and not from the street. There are cameras through out the hotel for a high level of security. The facility appeared and smelled clean, very well organized. The rooms are spacious and the layout is well thought out. The vanity is separate from the shower allowing people to use the facilities simultaneously. I was particularly impressed with the granite vanity and granite slab showers (Nice & Clean). The beds were clean however stiff. I liked that the room had internet, cable TV, fridge and microwave oven. I would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay here. The front desk was rude, the rooms-though new-were dirty because housekeeping doesn't not do a good job (I had hair in the bathtub when I checked in and sheets looked like they were not changed), the breakfast was minimal, and the location was bad--I felt scared staying here! Even though it is new, I would not stay here again, nor do I recommend it for other people travelling through New Braunfels.
