Staff members were unfriendly and unprofessional. The hall in front of the room smelled, the carpet of the rooms smelled and were not very clean, the toilet of my room needed to be repaired. The refrigerator was rusty and in need of repair.

It was located on a convenient street. Room smelled moldy, toilets overflowed,service fees, rude staff. The most disgusting stay I've had. The room smelled damp and moldy. The light sockets did not work. Staff was rude. Toilet overflowed. Management would not help us. Continental breakfast was stale donuts and coffee. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

room was reasonable, mini fridge & microwave. Wireless internet, pool-outdoor, continental breakfast. close to shopping and some chain restaurants. 10 minutes from most parks (Seaworld/Disney/Universal)

Motel needs a lot of maintenance and updating on beds. We had a 2 room suite which was the perfect set-up for us. The 1st night the toilet broke and we reported it to the front desk the next morning. A simple fix -- the chain in the tank broke! We left for the day & didn't return until 11 P.M. to find the room had been untouched. No toilet repair (the water in it had been running for 24 hours); no making up of the beds; no clean towels. When I reported it the guy at the front desk offered no explanation or apology; only that we could move to another room. We packed up & moved to another 2 room suite. This one had a bathroom that was uncleaned. There was urine on the toilet and hair & general dirt in the bath tub. I saw a couple of places on the walls where bugs had been smashed and the spots never cleaned. Both suites had tiny ants in the vanity area. We've stayed in Econo Lodges before but none were like this. Poor management here apparently. Would definitely not recommend to anyone else. I've never written such a bad review about a motel before. I read the previous reviews & took a chance that 2 of the 3 were from regular complainers. I was proven wrong!

I've stayed at the Econo Lodge in Kissimmee a few times, all in all, it is nice motel, clean, great value, Disney is only a few miles away, but the property is just outside the jam-packed tourist area. The only problem is the extra $5 fee per day they charge, it seems like they would just add that to the cost rather than try & trick people into thinking it's that cheap.

Room was nice, had king bed, fridge, microwave, location was convenient to get to Epcot, about 4 miies away but not a problem getting there, Pool was clean and good size, shower had slower than expected flow, but good temperature. Rug was clean, no black socks or feet, nice touch. good value for $ spent. would stay there again.

The pool. Cleanliness. This is anOK hotel if your trying to save money staff somewhat curtious would help if they could speak some English but all OK.

When you get to the hotel, you find they charge you a $6 user fee (payable to the hotel, The hotel is a little rundown. Our room had a bathroom light that wasn't working properly, there was somebody's hair on the inside of the shower wall, the tv reception was bad at times and worse at others, and even though they advertise cable, it is a very limited selection and not even close to the basic cable channel selection you see elsewhere. And at the end of the stairs outside, the garbage cans smelled terrible as we were walking to our car the next day because they were sitting in the florida sun! It was very bad when the hotel across the way had a sign out front advertising rates for nearly half of what I paid (after all the fees I ended up paying in the end).

hotel improving breakfast much better, many improvements, amenities all new, a vast improvement. staff much better, and the GM, very accomadating in every way.afternoon cookies a nice treat, staff also v/helpful. hotel on the rise...Great work.

We pre-paid Orbitz for the advertised price of the room. When we got there the clerk insisted that we pay an additional $5.64 for service charges at checkout whether ot not we used the services. Also clerk had nothing good to say about any discount websites for travel. The "breakfast" was a joke!

Front desk person was nice. Refrigerator has a fowl smell, dirty carpets, toilets keep dripping, room smells bad. The hotel was not clean at all!

Took kids to Disneyworld and stayed here 8 nights with much regret. Hotel is old, safe didn't work for a few days, fridge was not usable because of rusted out shelves & not cold, carpets were dirty, stained furniture, shower was discolored & smelled funky in room. The making of our beds everyday consisted of the sheets being thrown up over the crappy pillows they provided. Guy at front desk was rude on more than one occasion. One of those times when we got an iron from the front desk area we were told to use the bed to iron even though there was an ironing board hanging there. He also would not give my husband towels one evening for our kids to shower, told us to get some in the morning (even though he could have got some out of the closet). My 12 yr old slept on a beach towel the whole stay because she was freaked out by how dirty everything was. She also took showers in her flip-flops because of the shower situation. We never expected the Hilton but no matter what you pay for a room (+ resort fees) you should be able to have a clean room, clean towels, clean sheets & good customer service. It's not worth saving the extra $. Do not stay here!

I drove in to town and hoped to take a hot shower before bed. Hot water was not working, I called front desk who said that you had to let it run a while. I let it run 30 minutes, gave up. Tried again in the morning and still no hot water. Breakfast buffet left much to be desired.

There was pubic hair in the tub and in the bed. Room did not get cleaned one night and I was simply told noone got service they all called in sick. For the money I was not expecting a mansion but I did not expect pubic hair in the tub and bed.

Beds were broke, poor customer service, had multiple problems with door keys. Each day during the breakfast the employees didn't keep items stocked and were upset when they had to leave the desk to stock ex. napkins, or cups. Some mornings they only offered decaffinated coffee, with no coffee pot in the room, we had to stop somewhere else. We had problems checking in, the bed tipping on my child; while she sat on the end of it. There wasn't a day when we didn't have a problem. Pool wasn't open the whole time, and it wasn't heated. I will never return to this place.

The hotel was great for what I needed and that was a place to put my head at night. The beds where comfortable and the shower seamed to always have hot water. The maid service was very relyable and very respectful. For the fact that I was on a very tight budget it was just what I needed.
