The room was a big disappointment from the time we pulled up to the front door-it had peeling paint and was dirty. Inside, the decor was cheap and dated looking. It was very tiny and very damp. The rug actually felt wet, and the toilet was dripping with condensation. The beds were not very comfortable either. The bright spots to our stay were the friendly staff, and the indoor pool with connected hot tub. We usually had the pool area to ourselves, which was a plus. The location was pretty good. Although it wasn't within walking distance of anything, there were still so many places a short drive away. Our last complaint would be the continental breakfast-we were hoping for the waffle maker like the other Choice hotels offer. This was our first experience with an Econo Lodge, and unless they do some updating we will not return.

The location was very good and it was very clean.

Okay I guess if you aren't going to stay around the hotel very much. Not terribly clean or attractive... decor and everything else are run down looking. Staff is not terribly knowledgeble or helpful. Pool would be nice if it was not so run down looking. Good location, and nice to have breakfast and pool available. I, however, would stay somewhere else next time.

Beautiful view and friendly front desk. Smelly, dark unattractive hallways and lame gym equipment. The room itself was ample and seemed sufficiently clean - nothing special. Bathroom on the small side. The breakfast was ample.

I stayed here January 2007 for ski trip and the service was great a long with the price. I recommend this hotel for ski trips. They provided good breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi where both clean. I already booked my next ski trip with econo lodge for the same time!!!

Easy to find, inexpensive, not too far from town. Bathroom in desperate need of remodeling. The room itself was pleasant enough and the furniture was fairly new and in good condition. It would have been nice to have had a coffee pot in the room. The bathroom needed maintenance. The baseboard heater was rusty and needed paint, the caulking around the tub needed to be replaced due to mold. My honest opinion is that it is more suited for college students or younger crowd who wants to save money during the skiing season and is looking for an inexpensive place.

Easy to find and clean. Key did not unlock front/patio door had to enter through hallway. Excellent stay no problems. Hotel was clean and comfortable. All appliances worked. Hair dryer, fridge, TV and microwave were included. No noise from nearby rooms. Staff was helpful, courteous and maintained the room while we were away. We did not have to ask for anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Location to our destination. Breakfast items horrible. Not good, needs painting in rooms, mattresses stained on sides, pool area very dark and strong smell of chemicals, burning to the eyes.

Not much! Color of the room was a bright yellow. There was a smell to the room. For a cheap getaway it was ok. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't believe I would go back. The smell in the room was caused from the cleaning fluid, at least I think. The young man who made the room up didn't do a good job at all. When I took the quilt of my bed the sheets were not tucked in and the blanket was not either. The staff was very friendly.

Comfortable, reasonable, good location. A little old, could use a face lift. We had a great stay and the staff was awesome. The hotel needs some fresh paint and new rugs in the halls, the colors are out dated and a little too bright. Pool room were clean and the sauna was great. Minutes from Clarks Trading Post and the Wookstock Inn.

Closes to the mountains and other attractions. Pool stairs were broken (chipped), breakfast area was too small. Hotel was nice for a quick get away. The towels for the pool area were at the front desk so you had to go to the front desk first then the pool area. The pool was not kept up for public use. The pool stairs should be smooth not chipped so kids and adults will not get cuts.

It was very central to all the places we wanted to visit. Recent renovations were half-assed, especially in the bathroom. Well situated near vacation attractions such as the Flume and the Lost River in the town of Lincoln, which has nice shops and such. Friendly staff and good housekeeping help make up for the fact that it isn't a 5-star.

Nice pool area and choices at continentiak breakfast. Rooms dirty and smelled. It is close to the highway for vacationers and located centrally for many spots. They said the rooms had all been done over since we stayed last year and yet ours was at most only painted. Cob webs were on the walls, the carpet needing cleaning and the room smelled. It was not updated at all.

I liked the location, pool and hot tub. The pool wasn't open until I asked them to open it for my kids. I would stay there again because it was so cheap and the location was convenient but if you're looking for a place that's a little upscale, this isn't the place. I just happened to notice that the box spring on the bed was very dingy and badly stained.

The continental breakfast had good selection. The Pool was nice. The room was adequate but carpets were stained and bathroom did not have baseboard molding. Overall an adequate motel, good breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff, room needs to have details fixed up (moldings, carpets, etc.).

Nice mountain location, good free continental breakfast selections. Bathroom had mold & mildew at base of flooring, pool cloudy. The hotel is conveniently located right off Exit 33 Route 93 in the scenic White Mountains of New Hampshire. It is currently under going needed renovations and the room I rented was unfinished and the exposed walls displayed mold and mildew in the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of foods offered at the free breakfast, but was concerned about the cloudiness of the indoor pool & spa. The exercise room was closed for repairs at time of visit. Guests must travel one exit south for restaurants, but the options are numerous and come well recommended by locals.
