This place was not fancy, but clean. The room was large and had a refrig. and microwave. It was in a very good central location. Near Gulf Islands Waterpark and the beach. Plenty of fast food and dine-in restaurants nearby. Although it was near the airport we couldn't hear anything once we were in the room. The pool area and the pool itself were clean. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Overall the stay was nice. The only thing that needed attention was the bathroom needed to be a little cleaner.

It was all we could find on short notice. The airport is near so we could hear the planes overhead. The room had a musky smell to it. The hotel is overpriced.

The beds were comfortable. They didn't have a safe. Overall, I thought the hotel was in a great location. My husband and I had a great time.

Closed to restaurants and shopping centre. None. Clean, friendly receptionist, good complimentary. Breakfast.

The pros of this property include location, large choice of dining and shopping options, and access to casinos & beaches. The downside of the room was that it was far from fancy and seemed to be on the older side (minor issues with tiles in the bathroom, loose switchplates & outlet covers, and a lamp that refused to work), but as far as a place to sleep, relax and dress it was far more than adequate. And should you stay at this property, you MUST dine at Steve's Marina Restaurant just down Hwy 49. The staff, including [...] the owner, is great...and the food is excellent!

It was cost efficient, spacious, and I liked the location. I did not like that you can't order pay per view movies in your room. We had a Jacuzzi suite at this hotel. It wasironically enough. It was clean, very spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants. The hotel/room/our stay was better than I expected.

The pool and showet, that's all. The desk manager argued with a patron , over spilled juice and an employee dropped a bag of trash from the second floor, it landed less 3' from me. The room was clean. Staff was not very helpful as to local events and areas to help participate in activities with victims of Katrina. Desk clerk argued loudly with a patron over juice spilled that we all were helping to get up but needed a mop. I left before things started to escalate. From the second floor a male employee dropped a large black trash bag less than three feet from me and where I was loading my car. He thought it was funny, it scared me.

The Comfort Inns are all about the same, but this one is located well and it is clean and everything in the room worked. That is about all I want in a motel...no surprises.

It was conveniently located to where I needed to go. They did not serve any type of continental breakfast, room smelled bad, the entry card failed on two occasions. I would not recommend the hotel. The sheets were damp and the room was hot when we checked in. The air conditioner must stay on in such a humid environment. It was terribly disappointing. I understand that following Katrina things will not be perfect but they seemed to make sure that there were more obstacles than needed to be.
