The complimentary breakfast was quite good. Limited cable television channels. This is a convenient location, with clean facilities and helpful staff.

Yes, this was the cheapest accomodation we could find, I'll give you that. We weren't looking for much. However, the smell throughout the hotel, and even more concentrated in our room, was absolutely awful. They have over-used some sort of cleaning thing that stinks, presumably to cover up the smell from rooms that were probably smoked in too much. The stench was SO strong in our room that it burned my throat. I was hoarse the entire next day. The bed was OK, the room was OK. The breakfast was horrid- the coffee tasted like 5-day-old instant coffee, and they had obviously diluted the juice to the point where it tasted like flavorless koolaid. We went to McDonalds next door for breakfast instead, and I usually eat anything a hotel puts out for free.... If you stay, be prepared for lots of noise-- there were teens running up and down the hallways until 3:30am when we stayed. Despite the cost savings, I would never stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre but okay. Would have preferred parking closer to entrance in a more open area.

I would definitly stay again. The rooms were clean, if you needed anything you just asked. They had a nice breakfast, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, and juices. The Motel is located close to the Merel Hay Mall, and had plenty of eating places nearby, a Mcdonalds just 100 yards away, plus you can have pizza delived to the room also. The price was real good. I really think it deserves more than 1 1/2 stars. The only problem I had was that the vending machines were acting up and not working at times, but there is a mini mart just down the road if need to get something.

Breakfast was crowded, but fresh. Room was dark (it didn't help the light above the bed didn) and pillows were flat.

Clean, convenient, easy to get to and get around. It's ideal for this type of trip which was to see the Drake Relays-clean, friendly staff, clean pool and easy to get to and from.

I liked the location and the staff. Not many food services were close by. Staff was helpful, room was comfortable, clean and easily accessible eve for handicapped.

It was great for the price I paid. The lighting could be better in handicap room.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Too much noise, you could hear every noise from the next rooms.

The manager was very nice. It's a little old. The toilet and shower are in one room and the sink in another. That was weird. The manager wasvery nice. The room was okay. The continental breakfast wasn't as nice as other places I've stayed.

The staff was very nice and it seemed clean. Beds are very hard (back still hurts) could hear loud parties at 3am upstairs. Pretty run-down as well. It was fine for being a place to just go sleep and shower, wasn't a bad place to stay, but was not impressed at all with their beds. My blanket had a big hole in it. Parties were going on at 3am, not sure if anyone complained so management might not have known, but it was annoying. Just kind of an old hotel, but not a horrible place either.

Nothing. The room was filthy and they had painted over the mildew. We had to change rooms because the bathtub stopper didn't work. The second room had garbage everywhere, water on the floor and we could see where they had painted over mildew on the walls and ceiling. I got very sick from that.

It was better than driving for an hour and then having to spend twice the money. Probably the biggest problem was that we have gotten used to better accommodations. The entire hotel may not have been bad, we did not see much of it as we were in town only for one night and did not do anything but sleep at the hotel. Our room however had a smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling. The room had a strong cleaning smell when we first got there, which is a problem for me as a person with chemical sensitivities. The air conditioner did not cool the room down to my husband's satisfaction. And being located right off the stairwell, we heard a lot of stomping feet and slamming doors. Finally when we checked out there was confusion about our bill, and we had to turn around and go back to verify we had not been double billed.

The location was good. The facility was not clean and the outdoors of the property was not well kept. This hotel would be fine for budget conscious, but not for someone looking for a romantic getaway. The Jacuzzi had black flecks coming out of the jets and the platform the tub was on was in poor condition.
