feral cats in the ice and soda machine room....smelled like a dirty litter box. Front lobby dingy and small, hair and scum on tub and floor in bathroom, outside landscaping totally not cared for, and lawn decor rundown.

Staff was friendly and helpful with WiFi. Lights didn't work and shower dripped. Economical but only a good hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving not great for lounging about in a comfortable room.

My daughter and I were driving to Phoenix and called the 800 number to ask for a hotel off I40 that would taker her dog. They recommended this this hotel The checkin clerk was pleasant but assigned us a room in the back. There was a large number of scary people hanging out. We went back to the front desk and the clerk assisted us in getting another hotel. But don't stay here.

Was a good place for our family to stay. We wanted close to Bricktown without paying a high price for our overnight trip to OKC. Things were clean with the exception of the carpets round the beds. Beds were good for a hotel. We heard no noise from the Interstate that we were by in our room. We will stay there again on our next trip ot OKC!

i repeatedly asked the staff if my choice points were being credited to my account-when i checked in and when i checked out - and they said yes-lo and behold guess what? my stay was not eligible for points! also the bar was located in the next parking lot over!

Worst hotel stay. Smoke filled - non smoking room. Front Desk help was terrible and confrontational. Took 90 minutes to get fresh bedding. Thier answer to the smoke filled room was for me to go to Walmart and buy air freshener.

Room isn't so clean and a little bit smelly.but location is good, not far from Ford Center.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The lighting in the rooms was horrible.

The only good thing about this hotel is that is only about a mile from Bricktown. Everything else about our expereince about this EconoLodge was AWFUL! Our room was infested with ants, for every ant we killed about 20 more appeared. The whole room was just filthy. The carpets were so soiled that after showering, walking from the bathroom to the beds left our feet practically black. Our room wasn't cleaned every morning, leaving us to sleep in dirty, ant infested sheets the next night. Even when the room was cleaned the linens were so stained it was questionable to as if they had even been washed. I wouldn't recommed this hotel to my worst enemy.

The Ecno lodge was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bed more comfortable than most.Service at the front desk was efficient and friendly.Breakfast is 20% off at Denny's which does not impress me.Overall a good place to stay.

When we checked instaff was very nice and helpful. Morning person on front desk was not helpful. Bathroom door did not shut and the toilet got clogged called front desk about it and they didn't send anybody to fix itI found a cleaning person and they gave me a plunger but it still did not work.

The Econo Lodge was adequate, but I wouldn't stay there again. It was a truck stop. The first room we were given was next to the truck parking lot and there were trucks running all night. It was also right next to the freeway. On Friday and Saturday nights there were a number of loud drunk people outside our room very late. The continental breakfast was not very good. There were two kinds of cereal, white or wheat bread, and prepackaged muffins and donuts. Coffee, juice and milk were also available.

The staff was friendly. Facility was not well kept needed maintenance done. The location was far enough from Bricktown that we had to take a taxi there and back the room was comfortable but I would not want to stay there for extended period of time.

Have stayed here twice now and both times have been great. Friendly staff, room is clean enough but I'm a little more anal about cleanliness than the average person. Bricktown is a * cab ride away, my wife and I use this Econo Lodge to sleep off the previous night's excesses. Not much surrounding the hotel itself, there's a truck stop across the street which has a restaurant though I've not eaten there. The truck stop itself keeps East Reno quite busy, though you probably won't notice if you're next to the freeway on the opposite side. We were able to get one of the jacuzzi rooms (the word "suite" is a bit of a stretch) for this stay, and I'd highly recommend it. The tub's are huge and the room itself is slightly larger than normal. Our room was inside the courtyard of the hotel so we didn't hear any traffic. The scent of the room was a bit alarming upon our arrival, a mixture of musty carpet and a possible hint of urine. Thankfully we packed a candle and all is well now. Breakfast is included in the lobby, cereal, donuts, and whatever else passes as a continental breakfast these days. It's not a Sheraton, so don't expect much more than just a room.

Front desk clerk very friendly, professional, accented properly. Being granted a one hour checkout extension, then having other staff banging on door an hour before saying to open the door. The bathroom sink had difficulty draining. Hairdryer didn't work. The front desk clerk who checked us in had an American accent and had us checked in within 30 seconds of walking in. When we asked what time checkout was, he said that it was 11:00 AM but that we could stay until 12:00 if we needed to, and to just call the front desk to request that. That evening, we called and made the request and was told that would be fine. At 11:15 the next morning, a different staff member beat on the door. When we asked who is it? the man said "open the door it's time to check out open the door." We did not open the door but said "we're leaving." He said "okay" and walked away. We then called the front desk to see what the problem was and they said 12:00 is fine. Not sure what that was about but we'll probably stay somewhere else next time.

Free WiFi access. The milk was bad at the continental breakfast. The free WiFi was convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly.
