Staff was very friendly and helpful. Exercise room. Equipment seats had big rips all in them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are looking for leisure. Everything that the hotel says it offered on the internet, they did not. The hotel was pet friendly (which was okay) but my room was right next to someones room who had a dog. Every time I moved the dog started barking. A lot, of other rooms were empty they could have put in a different room. They only had one older computer in a room and no high speed internet.

Room was sufficient, they left the heat on prior to arrival. Rooms quite run down. Property close to Walmart corp HQ, just fine for checking email and getting some sleep. There is an Arbys across the street.

Cost efficient, clean, quite, plenty of parking easy access. Did not get a final statement upon leaving. They said it would be mailed. When all you want in a room is a good bed, peace and quite and much needed sleep this is the place in Benton.

The service and staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the staff. The room could have been cleaner. Sink was stained and room had odors. The basic room was ok as a one star. It needed to be deodorized and house-keeping could have been better. The sink had rust stains that looked bad. Food was good in the dinner, coffee needed work.

They gave extra coffee pkts. I thought I was booked at $49 and they booked me at $79 in a larger room without telling me there was an up charge. Not based for a price of $49 ---below average for $79.

Room condition better than initial hotel exterior appearance. Did not clean room after first night of 2-day stay. Desk staff very polite and courteous; appeared generally understaffed. Selected this property only as a last resort; all other area properties were booked.

Convenience ; good continental breakfast. Too much money for condition of motel. It looked like it once had been nice but was in the process of closing.
