We chose this motel as it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. Reasonable restaurants in the area. Only a one mile trip in the morning so we did not need to rush to get on a 6am flight. Basic spartan rooms, but they were clean.

Size of room was larger than expected. Got locked out of building when went to car early in the morning.

The room was clean and tasteful. A refrigerator would have been welcomed. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke when we walked in and the towels reeked of smoke. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We might stay again if we are in the area, although there are other hotels we may try.

Very reasonably priced for a suite. Pets allowed, nicely refurbished rooms. The bathroom was a bit awkward with a shelf over the toilet, but otherwise nice with plenty of supplies, shampoo, towels, etc. No locked doors at entrances, but since I lived in the area for 20 years, I didn't feel unsafe.

Management appears to go out of its way to be friendly and welcoming to its clients. Shuttle service is best I've ever encountered. Only negative is lack of elevator which makes getting luggage to second floor very inconvenient.

Although the room was small we appreciated being on the ground floor. Manager was great and shuttle driver very pleasant. The manager suggested we drop our car off and have the hotel shuttle service transport us. Saved a days rental.

The room didn't have a microwave! I've stayed in rooms that cost half as much and did have a microwave. There wasn't even a microwave in a communal area. Also, they need to have a shuttle to Amtrak as well as to the airport.

Our family stayed during a recent snow storm and we were absolutely delighted with thestaff and service provided. We were impressed that our car was cleaned off upon our return. Their sleep/park and fly package is the most reasonable at Bradley and the suite is large and very comfortable for a family of 5! What a stress-free way to start our vacation.

My sister and 2 friends had stayed at this hotel in January prior to a trip to Mexico and had a very nice suite and favorable experience. We chose to return to EconoLodge near Bradley Airport again for our trip to Virginia .Upon check in we were told that we were located on the second floor and then found out that there were no elevators, thus we had to carry all of our luggage up a steep set of stairs and back down again at 4am the next morning. When we got to the second floor we realized that only 2 rooms had numbers outside of them and all the others were without.One of us had to take our key and try several doors and deduce from the remaining 2 numbers which room might be ours.We did go back down to the desk to notify them and were told that vandals had removed some of the numbers the night before and she had forgotten to mention that to us when we checked in. The room was adequate for our needs and met our expectations.I will say that the drop off and pick up was very convenient and the increased price of the room included the parking for the week.

Great system for sleep, park and fly package. Staff friendly, shuttle driver courteous and helpful. Rooms recently renovated and clean. Light continental breakfast, not fancy, but adequate. Can't beat the price and convenience. We stay overnight when we have an early morning flight, that way we have no worry about weather or traffic issues. Always on time for departures. During winter weather, car is cleaned off and ready to go when we return from trip.

Desk clerk was excellent with guests. Economical, clean, easy access to airport, all service was rendered with politeness and correctness.

If you are flying out of Bradley Airport and need to park your vehicle, you can never find a better value. You can park for up to 15 days with the fly/stay package. I recommend you spend an extra 10 to get the suite which is much larger than the standard room. They are supposed to update their continental breakfast so it is more than a bagel and donut holes. When I stayed there they did make the error of writing down the wrong return date. We had to have the staff move a van from in front of our car, but I would still stay there again if I needed to elave my vehicle.

Room was on back side of motel and it was quiet. Room was smaller and with a poor layout. Too many doors to navigate to find room/lobby/etc. It appeared to be clean and there were a lot of doors to navigate in order to find the lobby/exits/ and our room. The room was much smaller than other Econo lodge and rooms we had stayed at.
