I was in Wichita in business. When you come afer midnight tired and you cannot take a shower because there is no cold water, you go to bed anyway.the next morning you explaine to the staff that the cold water walve in not working and that It needs to be repair. Every morning I told the staff that the cold water walve was not working and for 3 days I( had to struggle get a shower and not get burn. I was there for work and all I wanted was a decent room. Every morning, with a smile they would say the problem would be fix. You go there today and i'm sure the problem is still there. Nobody cares about service anymore. I'm to blame because I was in a rush to find lodging . Next time I'll know.

I liked the fact that it offered a three bed suite with two bathrooms. The shower valve in one of the bathrooms had rusted the porcelain in the tub. It needed replaced.

First of all it said the the hotel had a hot tub but when we got there we found out it the hot tub had been gone for a year. And the pool was pad locked so we couldn't even go swimming. My mother signed up for the shuddle and in the morning there was no one to drive the shuddle. And for the free breakfast there was hardly anything

Check-in was quick. Better than sleeping on air mattress on the floor of the front room at the in-laws house. We did not take advantage of the pool or breakfast. Beds were very(too)firm. Cleanliness of the room was at best questionable. There was gravel all over the sidewalk at the entrance we used and it looked as though staff used that area for personal use. We will not stay here again.

Employees were helpful and nice.

Dirty wash cloth inclusive of brown spot. Twice asked for replacement clock. Nothing. Asked for wake up call. No call. Floor had ashes from ash of previous guest spilage - no vacuuming. Heater did not work. Employee's had no caring or compassion.

I was not surprised as I read someone elses review and I concur, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. A good value for the dollar. Recommend staff police the stairwells and a little more attention to detail at the breakfast bar. Suggestion to travelor, get breakfast early.

Door by pool wouldnt shut seem to be in a bind, rocks propped in doors, didnt feel safe, first room a/c was broke & had rust around tub outlet they move us to another room immediately, 2nd room in better shape, cleaning lady knocked on door at 9:30am to see when we were leaving not sure why.

The staff was friendly enough but the hotel definitely needs to be kept cleaner. Floors in the breakfast area were sticky. Counters were not clean. Carpets in the hallways and room were dirty. Ceilings in room were water damaged, and there was mold-looking substance in the corner of the bathtub. Also, the airport shuttle van was running very badly and in desperate need of service.

Free WIFI, friendly receptionist. Noisy air conditioner, corridor seems unkept and looking dusty, the breakfast outlet not clean and very messy. Okay for somebody who needs a place to just sleep.

Where to start...Thought I would be nice and save the company a few bucks...Never again! Hotel staff took forever to come check us in...we actually had to call the front desk to get someone there. Outside lighting was terrible, looked very dark and scary. Room wasn't too bad, the bed was a little close to the door and bathroom was spacious and somewhat clean. Breakfast was decent. Probably won't stay there again though.

It's a place to put your things. As a single woman they placed me at the far end of the hotel near outside doors that didn't lock. The pool was not open(call ahead it seems they only have it open midsummer to mid fall)and my neighbors liked to slam doors at 11pm (eventually I called the front desk). My room was clean but shabby, and the hallways had not been vacuumed in a long time. The breakfast was there...nothing spectacular but edible. The location is great, loads of retail, convenient to major highways and the airport. It's not the worst place to stay, but if you can afford a little extra, try somewhere else. Honestly, if you won't be spending a lot of time in your room this place will suit you fine.

NoWIFI. I would not stay there if at all possible.

"I stayed at this hotel for several days while visiting old family friends. I mainly needed a place to sleep and it was inexpensive. The room was , clean, large, and had micro. and fridge. The hotel had a pool, and airport transportation, and a breakfast bar, so overall it was good. But, the walls were paper thin, and I could hear things people were saying upstairs. Also, there were a lot of young people partying until early in the morning the first night, so it was hard to sleep."

Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the lobby appeared dirty. The bed was so close to the door it was difficult to get the luggage in. The bathtub did not drain well. Remote did not work for TV. Requested new one, no one showed up with one. The final straw was when I noticed the wallpaper under the bathroom sink, on the wall behind the shower, was peeling off. It had mold and mildew all over it. That was DISGUSTING!
